THE TRUTH BEHIND COMMONLY USED SUPPLEMENTS - How effective are supplements ?

One of my relatives called me some weeks ago to inform me about a supplement someone gave her to take for high blood pressure so I asked her to send me details of the product and I found out it actually contains a painkiller that can have serious side effects ( by the way I made a video on some of the common painkillers we should avoid,you can check my channel for that) and I kept imagining how many people don’t have the privilege to confirm with a doctor or health professionals before taking such.
