- Hi folks,
In this video I'm out in my Old Town Canadian Canoe. I'm exploring the Norfolk Broads and setting off from Malthouse Broad.
The trip is more about the cooking, eating and using my camping equipment, than it is about the canoeing!
Old Town Discovery Canoe - 38 kg, 4.87m long (16 feet) and 900mm wide (35 inches)
I always enjoy these canoeing expeditions :)

The bottle was normal size, at a normal distance, but my hands are Massive! 😆🤣🍷🍾.
I'm not sure that you could fry them, so might not lend themselves to expedition fodder,
but I can highly recommend Linda MacCartney veggie sausages, the burgers, and other stuff are also delish 🙂

The Scotland trip sounds great. The Old Town looks a fine canoe how long has it been in your ownership? I suppose the Broads is no different to any fast road where you'll get the muppets being speed freaks and the anti-social fallout that comes with it.

Yep, I guess you're correct about the midnight boat thing. I've not owned the Old Town very long, but I recognise I need a "bomb proof" canoe for more challenging waters ahead!!!!
Andrew my partner says exactly the same why on Earth do you go wild camp when there is a perfectly comfortable bed at home. Missing the point completely!!! Off for 4 days bike packing the Rebellion way on Tuesday cannot wait
