    Recipe yields, a 23cm Tube Pan Cake
    INGREDIENTS (YOLK BATTER):
    160gm Gula Melaka
    5-6 Pandan Leaves
    100ml Coconut Milk
    6 Large Egg Yolks
    60gm Corn Oil
    140gm Super Fine Flour
    1/4tsp Salt
    INGREDIENTS (MERINGUE):
    6 Large Egg Whites
    40gm Caster Sugar
    1/4tsp Cream Of Tartar
    BAKE (using Innofood KT-V88 Convection Oven):
    Bake in preheated oven @170c (Top + Bottom Heat only mode)
    - 21cm Tube Pan for 45-50 minutes
    - 23cm Tube Pan for 55-60 minutes
    - 25cm Tube Pan for 60-65 minutes
