One must go to Alcoholics Anonymous, for example and go through that program to get delivered from the addiction to drinking too much. That is a program that Jesus works through to help others. He does not always miraculously heal someone, contrary to popular belief (by Charasmatics) That is a falsehood. Jesus did not always "miraculously" heal people the same ay. Sometime he told people that their faith had healed them. (MARK 10:25) Other times he told others to go DO something (2 Kings 5:14) before a healing would occur and sometimes he had people go see a DOCTOR...Hence why Luke, the Doctor was a disciple. Jesus ofter time s delivers us by the examples I gave. Also, the bible talks about lust as being MORE than just a sexual issue and because the church only talks about lust in a sensual way, they aew getting others up for a fall! BUT it is true that sometimes the only way to get over this problem is to get married. Hence, "It is better to marry than to burn with (sensual) passion." (1 Corinthians 7:9) I... am one of them! @@saxmanjpr5092 I understand what your saying, but even as they are teaching, we should be going to Jesus for our source of deliverance becuase even after some people get married, they still deal with porn addiction and some Even deal with homosexuality (and they think if they just marry the opposite sex, it will go away but it’s not the case for some). I’m not saying marriage won’t help someone with their burning desire, but the focus we should be putting deliverance on is Jesus (unless you’re spouse is a deliverance minister, then I guess you can get deliverance through them from God).

I allowed fantasies to run wild instead of controlling them. God gave me so many warnings about the man and I didn’t heed the blaring alarms. I gave the enemy (spiritually speaking) the opportunity and they attacked me. I should have done better to defend myself but that doesn’t excuse the guy trying to fill the void in his heart. I don’t carry guilt for the rape but a better understanding of sex and relationships. I go forward knowing the mistakes I made leading to that point and can grow with the help of Jesus.

I told the guy, “I’m ok with this but no more.” He kept crossing the line until he got what he wanted. He pushed me into having sex. I’ve put super glue on my fingers many times just to pull it apart. Soul ties are 1000 times worse. In fact I’d super glue my entire body to the floor and try to get up before I’d want to go back to some situations with certain people that I got “myself” into.

We truly love each other and always did. We were not taught properly by our parents, but we will not make the same mistakes with our boys. May the Lord bless your ministry. I can relate, met my now husband and started fooling around. No guilt for the first almost year, then it hit me like a wall. My conviction was so strong I told him we have to be married to continue to do anything. We did get married, but sex wasn’t even on my mind. There was some pressure, but we did a quick courthouse wedding and we don’t regret it even now. We love eachother and are grateful to be married, and I feel like god anointed it once we gave it to him.

As a 19 year old, I was completely single until last August, when I went back to college. I was praying to meet someone/for a husband. I brung a wii to school and got out Mario Kart and it attracts a group of young people to play the game. One of them is my boyfriend. I have never had thoughts like this but that day I saw him and my mind went “his arms would feel good laying on me” which is strange because I never had thoughts of that nature. We hung out with a group, again with him and his friend, and finally he asked me out at the college after we went to a Wendy’s where I asked God if I should date him and got a warm feeling in my gut. He’s very sweet, kind, and considerate which is what drew me to him. Now I’ve been having questions and doubts because he wasn’t originally a Christian- he was agnostic, but he got saved around Christmas time and I’ve been leading him closer to God. The other problem is that he has severe ADHD and depression which keeps him from working. How am I supposed to marry someone who doesn’t work? I got blessed with a full time job and benefits because God put me in the right place at the right time but I still doubt my abilities but I know if God wants me here he’ll help me do what I’m supposed to do. Same principle applied to my boyfriend. If God wills it he will make a way, no matter how absurd it seems. I’m hoping to see a breakthrough in his ability to work soon. I‘m going to continue to be patient and pray and work with my boyfriend and if God gives me the sign to break up then I will and if he doesn’t I’ll stay in the relationship and see where it goes. This was well worth waiting for.

It's important to note that anxiety is instrinsically related to depression: it could be a symptom or the cause. 1) Exercise: doesn't matter what or how; even if it's simple walks in the morning or at the end of the day. He's lucky to have you, as someone who can help him, giving him purpose, if that's what he lacks. Incentivize him to do it, even when he doesn't want to. 2) Catch sunlight: everyday, it helps to build up his vitamin D reserves and improves his testosterone levels (affects depression directly). 3) Teas: there's a huge variety that help to reduce anxiety, one of the key components of depression. Mint, fennel, lemongrass, strawberry, green tea and chamomile. 4) No masturbation: it affects male's well-being and testosterone levels, also lowers self-esteem and causes several other problems if he does it while watching porn. 5) Healthy diet: make sure he's eating well, since low quality can cause stomach issues that then lead to mental issues. Organic food is a option, if income is not an issue. 6) Porn: This is so important, I have to stress: AVOID ALL KINDS OF PORNOGRAPHY. Can't overstate it enough. 7) Allergies: causes mental fog, a temporary state that reduces your mental capacity and rationing; can get pretty bad sometimes and act as an anxiety trigger, hurting his self-esteem. 8) Pray: as much as I improved by myself, I felt a tremendous improvement to my condition right after my conversion to Christianity. It's safe to say that I'll help him a lot: read the Bible, remember Jesus' teachings, inspire yourselves and don't feel disheartened with anything of the world. Bring his faith together with action and the Holy Spirit will bring the results soon enough. Of course, he won't feel much as an inicial impact but, over time, his state of mind will improve a lot, he'll feel stronger, more capable and you'll both benefit. Sometimes the waiting can be veeeeery long, even if you follow the advice given in this video. I prayed for my husband for 20 years, of which 11 I also fasted regularly and prayed regularly together with a group, went to seminars about relationships, read a lot of books about relationships, preparing as a singe woman, what have you .... I went to all christian conferences, seminars, camps. Still I am now 39 and in my first relationship (I never agreed to be in a relationship with a non-christian) and we see that God has been leading us together and we seek to move towards marriage. Still this road has been so much longer than I have ever wanted ...

I became disabled and the enemy stole my chance at marriage due to physical and mental health issues. I turn 43 this fall. I pray that God can provide the miracle of marriage and adoption. I'm trying to believe that my father will restore what the enemy and sin stole from me in Jesus's name. I will remain pure in body and mind regardless but I pray he removes this desire from me if I'll never get to marry.

God bless you. This is the second video I’ve watched regarding “dating/marriage” on your channel. I truly am convinced and have the assurance that God put your video on my feed. Your teaching has truly changed my perspective on the topic. I have allowed culture to shape my beliefs in this area and am now allowing God to retrain my mind in this area. You have stated so many truths, I speak from personal experience and past failures. I wish this was taught in churches. Had I known these things perhaps my choices may have been different. I prayed over 10 years to find the right person to be married. I lived my life, traveled and had my career. My prayers haven't been answered. I had a season of struggles feeling resentful. I felt tempted with envy for the ways of this world in the ways they can just go out and get attention easily. I felt burnt out, unwanted and unseen by God. I felt stupid for waiting and trusting God while watching God blessing many of those around me. I felt isolated and heartbroken. 😢However, now I fight the lies that contradict God's goodness. One must go to Alcoholics Anonymous, for example and go through that program to get delivered from the addiction to drinking too much. That is a program that Jesus works through to help others. He does not always miraculously heal someone, contrary to popular belief (by Charasmatics) That is a falsehood. Jesus did not always "miraculously" heal people the same ay. Sometime he told people that their faith had healed them. (MARK 10:25) Other times he told others to go DO something (2 Kings 5:14) before a healing would occur and sometimes he had people go see a DOCTOR...Hence why Luke, the Doctor was a disciple. Jesus ofter time s delivers us by the examples I gave. Also, the bible talks about lust as being MORE than just a sexual issue and because the church only talks about lust in a sensual way, they aew getting others up for a fall! Because I as told my self rightious idiots in the church that it is better to remain single ager I as FORCED into mens groups, number one, I went to HOOKERS after the mid week mens group as over with and number two, I have masturbated so much in my life that I could have kept a buffett filled with an unending supply of "tapioca pudding!" Jesus ill deliver me from all of that THROUGH MARRIAGE as he has shown me who my wife will be one day after I complete my schooling as a late bloomer in order to be able to be gainfully employed instead of having to continue flipping burgers in my "old age" of pushing fifty!
@@saxmanjpr5092 I understand what your saying, but even as they are teaching, we should be going to Jesus for our source of deliverance becuase even after some people get married, they still deal with porn addiction and some Even deal with homosexuality (and they think if they just marry the opposite sex, it will go away but it’s not the case for some). I’m not saying marriage won’t help someone with their burning desire, but the focus we should be putting deliverance on is Jesus (unless you’re spouse is a deliverance minister, then I guess you can get deliverance through them from God).

I allowed fantasies to run wild instead of controlling them. God gave me so many warnings about the man and I didn’t heed the blaring alarms. I gave the enemy (spiritually speaking) the opportunity and they attacked me. I should have done better to defend myself but that doesn’t excuse the guy trying to fill the void in his heart.
I don’t carry guilt for the rape but a better understanding of sex and relationships. I go forward knowing the mistakes I made leading to that point and can grow with the help of Jesus.

I’ve put super glue on my fingers many times just to pull it apart. Soul ties are 1000 times worse. In fact I’d super glue my entire body to the floor and try to get up before I’d want to go back to some situations with certain people that I got “myself” into.

I'm now married after dating my wife after 10 months. We've been married now for 5 years. We were sinning prior to our unity in marriage. We realized we were living wrong, but decided to give our marriage to Christ. We dedicated our children to the Lord. God himself restored our lives only because we dedicated our lives to serving the kingdom. It took sometime, but that's how the Lord operates. Thank you Jesus for having mercy on us. I can relate, met my now husband and started fooling around. No guilt for the first almost year, then it hit me like a wall. My conviction was so strong I told him we have to be married to continue to do anything. We did get married, but sex wasn’t even on my mind. There was some pressure, but we did a quick courthouse wedding and we don’t regret it even now. We love eachother and are grateful to be married, and I feel like god anointed it once we gave it to him.

As a 19 year old, I was completely single until last August, when I went back to college. I was praying to meet someone/for a husband. I brung a wii to school and got out Mario Kart and it attracts a group of young people to play the game. One of them is my boyfriend. I have never had thoughts like this but that day I saw him and my mind went “his arms would feel good laying on me” which is strange because I never had thoughts of that nature. We hung out with a group, again with him and his friend, and finally he asked me out at the college after we went to a Wendy’s where I asked God if I should date him and got a warm feeling in my gut. He’s very sweet, kind, and considerate which is what drew me to him. Now I’ve been having questions and doubts because he wasn’t originally a Christian- he was agnostic, but he got saved around Christmas time and I’ve been leading him closer to God. The other problem is that he has severe ADHD and depression which keeps him from working. How am I supposed to marry someone who doesn’t work? I got blessed with a full time job and benefits because God put me in the right place at the right time but I still doubt my abilities but I know if God wants me here he’ll help me do what I’m supposed to do. Same principle applied to my boyfriend. If God wills it he will make a way, no matter how absurd it seems. I’m hoping to see a breakthrough in his ability to work soon. I‘m going to continue to be patient and pray and work with my boyfriend and if God gives me the sign to break up then I will and if he doesn’t I’ll stay in the relationship and see where it goes. This was well worth waiting for.

@@aurograce2983 As a fellow Christian that also suffers from ADHD and depression, there's several ways to reduce both. It's important to note that anxiety is instrinsically related to depression: it could be a symptom or the cause.
1) Exercise: doesn't matter what or how; even if it's simple walks in the morning or at the end of the day. He's lucky to have you, as someone who can help him, giving him purpose, if that's what he lacks. Incentivize him to do it, even when he doesn't want to.
2) Catch sunlight: everyday, it helps to build up his vitamin D reserves and improves his testosterone levels (affects depression directly).
3) Teas: there's a huge variety that help to reduce anxiety, one of the key components of depression. Mint, fennel, lemongrass, strawberry, green tea and chamomile.
4) No masturbation: it affects male's well-being and testosterone levels, also lowers self-esteem and causes several other problems if he does it while watching porn.
5) Healthy diet: make sure he's eating well, since low quality can cause stomach issues that then lead to mental issues. Organic food is a option, if income is not an issue.
6) Porn: This is so important, I have to stress: AVOID ALL KINDS OF PORNOGRAPHY. Can't overstate it enough.
7) Allergies: causes mental fog, a temporary state that reduces your mental capacity and rationing; can get pretty bad sometimes and act as an anxiety trigger, hurting his self-esteem.
8) Pray: as much as I improved by myself, I felt a tremendous improvement to my condition right after my conversion to Christianity. It's safe to say that I'll help him a lot: read the Bible, remember Jesus' teachings, inspire yourselves and don't feel disheartened with anything of the world. Bring his faith together with action and the Holy Spirit will bring the results soon enough.
Of course, he won't feel much as an inicial impact but, over time, his state of mind will improve a lot, he'll feel stronger, more capable and you'll both benefit.

Sometimes the waiting can be veeeeery long, even if you follow the advice given in this video. I prayed for my husband for 20 years, of which 11 I also fasted regularly and prayed regularly together with a group, went to seminars about relationships, read a lot of books about relationships, preparing as a singe woman, what have you .... I went to all christian conferences, seminars, camps. Still I am now 39 and in my first relationship (I never agreed to be in a relationship with a non-christian) and we see that God has been leading us together and we seek to move towards marriage. Still this road has been so much longer than I have ever wanted ...
Sometimes we don’t see ourselves like God sees us.
The problem is most Christians are married by 39 and not many men left. I really can't think of 1 man at my church that is 39 and single

I've been fasting for more or less a month because my relationship is under extreme pressure and today I'm doing an absolute fast to make sure I don't make mistakes or are mislead and your sermons are teaching me so much. Lana, Vlad is the pastor I follow, but your personal testimony helped me feel hope for the future and that I can make my way to an honourable marriage. Your relationship is showing me Jesus.
I became disabled and the enemy stole my chance at marriage due to physical and mental health issues. I turn 43 this fall. I pray that God can provide the miracle of marriage and adoption. I'm trying to believe that my father will restore what the enemy and sin stole from me in Jesus's name. I will remain pure in body and mind regardless but I pray he removes this desire from me if I'll never get to marry.

Then he went 2 prison . I divorced him . We both had issues from the start ! N i never got married again . I'm 65 now n only want a relationship w Jesus 4 now . God bless you. This is the second video I’ve watched regarding “dating/marriage” on your channel. I truly am convinced and have the assurance that God put your video on my feed. Your teaching has truly changed my perspective on the topic. I have allowed culture to shape my beliefs in this area and am now allowing God to retrain my mind in this area.
You have stated so many truths, I speak from personal experience and past failures. I wish this was taught in churches. Had I known these things perhaps my choices may have been different. But I understand God had permitted everything and will use it for His glory.

I prayed over 10 years to find the right person to be married. I lived my life, traveled and had my career. My prayers haven't been answered. I had a season of struggles feeling resentful. I felt tempted with envy for the ways of this world in the ways they can just go out and get attention easily. I felt burnt out, unwanted and unseen by God. I felt stupid for waiting and trusting God while watching God blessing many of those around me. I felt isolated and heartbroken. 😢However, now I fight the lies that contradict God's goodness. He loves me and has a good plan for me to bring me hope and a future. My life may look different from many ppl in my life. But He does have a perfect plan for my life and sees me.

I'm still young but as a teenager I didn't date the Godly way because of ignorance, as a result I've had a lot of bad experiences in dating and I was ready to give up on myself. After pursuing a relationship with Christ last year, I've always wished I could take time back and do things differently because I felt too damaged, ashamed and as though God is disappointed in me and I'll never have a good marriage BUT after this video, I'm ready to date the Godly way and I'm excited to finally enjoy my singleness without shame. I don’t date anymore. God doesn’t promote “Dating” No one “Dated” in the bible. So I become close friends and then we can get engage and marry.
Dating is a modern day construct to approach an old concept. Isn't it interesting that many young people are now turning to the internet to find love? The net is doing what the matchmaker in the old days was doing.
