I must've needed to see this as a reminder. Two months ago I met a Muslim guy and we really liked each other and connected quickly. But a few weeks back I had to put an end to the "potential" relationship we wanted to have because I knew we'd be unequally yoked. Even though he told me he doesn't expect me to convert and really respected my beliefs. We are friends now and only talk once in a while. But it's so hard to get over him 😞 Update: After hearing many testimonies about similar situations and even marriages that did not work out because of this, and because I heard testimonies of people coming out of Islam I no longer have interest in pursuing this man. He also had no interest listening to the truth whenever it came to me talking about my faith

We never clarified with each other what she meant when she asked me to “help” her adult siblings with special needs once her mom passed away. She wants her siblings to live with us for an unknown time. We’re currently living separately. A decision I chose to move out because I felt that she prioritized her siblings. She also prioritizes our daughter above me as well. Please pray for me.

All this is great advice and I really had to figure out all this info from experience when I could have just read the Bible as a young man, especially proverbs. I wanted to do the opposite that my Christian parents want from me. I have found my way back to God now!
