Thank you brother. Takes quite a bit of time, but based on the feedback I'm getting it seems to be worth it.

Absolutely love and appreciate these videos brother. You're an absolutely excellent teacher and make these complicated high level moves very understandable for beginners like me.

Man thank you so much. These videos take a long time to produce and edit as a one man team so knowing it helps means the world to me.

So good, thank you. Any tips for adjusting for MMA when the guy actively punches you while he is getting single-legged? Chaelsonnel said: is it you getting his leg or is he having both of your hands? Would you have any insights on this?

Finish quickly. Every leg attack finish, especially on single legs, should be thought of as a transitory phase. No hanging out and maintaining the position. If you achieve the details of the technique they should be constantly off balanced on their way toward the ground meaning their arms will be occupied attempting to keep their balance and therefore not punching you 💪🏻

Its honestly crazy how underdeveloped wrestling is in bjj we were going over escapes from turtle and teaching the sit out and like it was crazy how many people struggling to understand the idea of a sit out a lot of people would sit out but would then just sit there the sit out is designed to create a scramble they just didn’t get it if you sit out you can’t stay there you need to constantly be moving most of the guys just decided to stay in turtle which is a terrible spot to be we need to get more wrestling techniques in bjj it will greatly improve your bjj
