You stated that you must be careful not to screw the inner contact ring screws in too far or they will contact the outer ring because if you do that you will be honking... I just spent all afternoon trying to assemble a brand new wheel and discovered that the inner contact ring screws can only go in so far, and that is flush with the plastic piece, there is no way you can get it to go up farther than that, you can turn and turn that screw all day and it won't go any farther,
Joey, the ones that we had in this kit would bind and make contact. I’m assuming since this kit was produced or the video was shot that there may have been differences in supplied hardware and/or manufacturing. Also could be a different manufacturer on the kit as well
Thank you for your video, it helped me restore my steering wheel. Best regards
Thank you!! I'm not going to admit how much time I spent fiddling with this only to find out how simple it was.
Just what I needed. Thank you
Glad it helped!
Thank you, it helped me order and complete my wheel assembly

I need the link to buy that piece, can you put it here please
Contact Allan at Mustang Country International. He can get you what you need.
I was here for the assembly of the deluxe steering wheel installation kit and left disappointed.
What are you trying to "INSULATE" on the steering wheel? Is it for winter driving?
🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂
This video does not show the large spring that needs to go onto the steering column.
These videos are to show clients progress, not to teach you. But thank you for your lovely observation
