Hope you checked this manually. MO2 is receiving OBSE support. Your guide to modding Oblivion is invaluable, a short update on it with new OBSE instructions would be really nice then I can start sharing it on /r/oblivion when people come in asking how to mod.
Xuul, Love your vids man! BTW you got me into modding. Especially Kotor.. infact its because of you I modded kotor and now DAO. You deserve a lot more subs man! Like a million more. Thank you. I am doing well. I just do not have the energy or motivation to make videos like this. The videos require a lot of time and since they didnt do very well, and my job consumed most of my time I stopped making them.
what I did when I installed Tale of Two Wastelands is I set up a folder called 'TTW' and installed the mod there on the desktop .
Amazing guide thank you! Only thing is that is missing from the video is that I am getting a warning during the TOTW installation that I need the New Vegas Script Extender installed. I notice that warning did not come up for you - Is it necessary?
I would highly suggest downloading and installing NVSE if you intend on using other mods.

i didn't have a mod folder in my fallout NV directory i retried installing fomm a few times and nothing
Assuming you are managing new Vegas with fomm. Just create a folder called mods.
Why the fuck did i recieve a notification for this? I'm not even a subscriber. I don't even play Fallout.
