The reason I'm watching this clip is because I love supper hot peppers , think I'm addicted to them😂.
I would definitely agree they help the mind endure other types of pain.

I am addicted to habaneros, I buy 50 of them every month and use them on almost everything I make and eat them by themselves as well. I started with jalapenos, then serrano's and once my heat tolerance went up to where those weren't spicy I moved up to habaneros. Sadly, the Carolina Reaper and ghost pepper sauces aren't very hot and I can't purchase hotter peppers in my area so I'm stuck on habaneros, had like 6 today alone and got one hell of a runners high for lunch when I made a sub sandwich and added 4 to that alone.

@@Travybear1989once pod season begins, you can purchase fresh pods from a site called pepper joes. I’ve bought a few plants from them this year to try and grow my own but you can order fresh ghost pepper, Trinidad scorpion, reaper pods and a few others.

I do feel like they improve my gut motility, but i have read meta analysis that showed evidence of spicy food being positively correlated to all kinds of GI cancers.

Yep ... its basically attacking your innards .... then the constant cell regrowth increases the chances that a new cell might be cancerous.
As ive gotten older ... alot more of the spice seems to survive its way out of my body ..... it hurts alot more coming out than going in
