Can't get the front fork installed!! What is the front wheel axel assembly supposed to look like? Are there extra nuts attached for shipping? can you share a picture of what the proper front fork axel is supposed to look like for installation?

It comes with an axel and nuts in the fork for shipping purposes. Take it off, throw it away . Put wheel in the forks, align the axel, and slide the quick release pin through the axel; done. It’s a head scratcher if you didn’t get the quick release pin shipped to you like I didn’t
The instructions that came with the bike and this video instruction are not good. Your team keeps listing items like I am supposed to know what they are, and I do not. So maybe be more clear on what each piece is.
Awesome! Glad to hear the guide was helpful for you and that you were able to assemble the bike successfully. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to let me know. Happy riding!

This video is a MESS! #1 "Make sure the power is switched to "off" while charging" - then it proceeds to show the 'ON' position. #2 Helpful hint - put the handlebars on first so the loose handlebar isn't in your way to install the front wheel. #3 the video shows him remove ALL washers and springs when installing the front wheel quick release screw. Obviously don't do that, on spring and washer for each side.
#4 show actual installation of the light. #5 actually tell us what he's doing. I had to watch this video 5 times before I realized that silver piece came off the handlebar section. Trash ass video
This is confusing. The forks and the bike are not lining up and there was a whole piece to the bike that was not discussed at all. Your instructions are too fast and not showing users the specific parts they’re talking about. You’re just putting them together at breakneck speed! Was the extra bolts and long screw on the fork for a reason?? Do I just throw that away? 😟😖😮💨
The gap between the front wheel and the bicycle body is reserved for them to install, and then installed with quick-release bolts can be fixed. The extra bolts and long screws are spare.
If you want to adjust the angle of the handlebars, you'll need to loosen the hex screws to rotate the handlebars to your desired position. However, sometimes these screws can be very tight, making loosening them a challenge. In such cases, you can try using a larger hex wrench or applying appropriate force to loosen them. If the screws are still tight, it's not recommended to force them as it may damage the screws or the tool. You can try spraying some lubricant on the screws and wait for a moment to allow it to penetrate the threads, making it easier to loosen the screws. If you're still unable to solve the problem, I suggest contacting our customer support team at support@jasionbike.com. They'll be happy to assist you further. Good luck with the adjustment!
Is the red “warning”/ “brake failure” light suppose to come on when squeezing the brakes ? The brakes work but every time you hit them the error light comes on
If anyone is struggling try installing the front wheel with the bike upside down and it should slide in easy into the axle and then thread the front wheel screw.
I was definitely struggling until I realized that the disc brake caliber holder is welded to the frame at an offset angle. It doesn’t line up so that the wheel can be dropped into the fork with the disk in the calipers.
Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback. If you encountered these issues during installation, we recommend carefully following the steps outlined in the installation manual. If you need further assistance or solutions, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team. They will be more than happy to assist you and address your concerns.
Thank you for sharing your experience. It can indeed be a challenge if the brake bracket is welded with a misaligned angle, causing the brake disc and caliper to be misaligned. If you encounter such an issue, we recommend contacting our customer support team immediately. You can reach them by emailing support@jasionbike.com, and they will promptly assist you with support and solutions. If you need any further assistance or have other questions, feel free to let me know. We want to ensure that your bike can be properly installed and operated.
Yeah you need both the manual and this video to complete assembly. Also dont throw away the box. Most likely screws/bolts you're looking for are in the box. Just came loose and fell in there. Look under the box flaps.
No, most electric bikes do not require you to twist the handlebars to make them move. Typically, electric bikes are equipped with a throttle on the handlebars or a pedal-assist system that you can use to control the bike's speed and acceleration. Simply press the throttle or select the desired assist level, and the bike will provide the corresponding power without the need to twist the handlebars. Of course, while riding, you need to use the handlebars to control steering and maintain balance, but twisting the handlebars is not necessary to make the bike move.
Also, bro in the video gets rid of the springs on the quick release bolt, is that what you’re supposed to do? If so, why do they come with the springs then?
Thanks for your kindly reminder. Actually, everyone's demand for products is different, the spring can indeed provide a cushioning effect, so it will be better to install it.
The function of the spring on the bike works as follows: after pulling the rod, the quick release group and the frame can be separated to achieve a fast effect.

So after getting everything assembled, the front wheel was rubbing at the brake for an entire rotation. I loosened the quick-release skewer, and the rubbing is now only on one side. Is the wheel slightly bent? What do I do if that's the case? Will that wear on the front brake?

When your speedometer is experiencing issues, we suggest trying the following steps: 1. **Restart the Speedometer:** Try turning off the speedometer and then restarting it. I lost my key to the battery what can I do
My disc brake is blocked for some reason so I can’t put the screw through
Had the same thing happen to me, it could be that the safety cap is broken off inside there and you kinda just gotta shove the screw through
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing. If your disc brake is jammed for some reason, preventing the screw from being screwed in, I suggest trying the following:
1. **Check the Disc Brake:** First, make sure the disc brake is not damaged or bent, and it's installed in the correct position. Sometimes, improper positioning of the brake disc can prevent the screw from being screwed in.
2. **Inspect the Screw and Hole:** Check if the screw and the hole are clean and free of debris or damage. Cleaning the screw and hole might help the screw to be screwed in more easily.
3. **Use Proper Tools:** Ensure you're using the right size and type of tool to screw in the screw. Try using the correct torque and appropriate force to screw in the screw to avoid damage.
4. **Apply Lubricant:** If the screw still proves difficult to screw in, you can try applying some lubricant to the screw and the hole to reduce friction and make it easier to screw in.
If you've tried the above methods and still can't resolve the issue, I suggest contacting the customer support team of the bike brand. They might offer more assistance and advice, or arrange for repairs. Good luck!
