Does it lock when folded?

Thanks very much for the clear instructions. It was my first time assembling one of these and I was struggling with the manual.

Dear Customer Support Team; I ordered the X-Hunter ebike, which arrived via FedEx today and I thank you for the speedy ahead of schedule delivery. However, after assembling the bike I went to plug it in to charge the battery so I can ride it and the plug that goes into the wall outlet is all wrong. It is round but my wall outlets are flat, as are EVERY wall outlet in America. Please send me the correct wall outlet IMMEDIATELY so that I can use the bike . It is useless to me if I cannot charge it. If I do not have the plug in 7 days, I will return the bike at your expense as I cannot ride it if the battery cant charge because I cant plug it in. I am not sure why you sent me a European weird round plugs but it is not useful in the US. I will be happy to send you back the wrong plug just as soon as the correct plug is in my possession. I appreciate your kind attention to this matter, immediately please. Janice Luck

Great bike, and $899 right now! My favorite folder by far. Full suspension, great seat for rider comfort and a good 20mi range at 16 to 20mph. Battery is securely locked inside a metal frame. Large display, volt readout, fenders, rack, head/tail/brake lights...

Wow I'm glad you actually teach people how to unlock it yourselves without charging customers anything, that's a nice bonus, I may consider buying this bike now that I see it has an unlockable speed limiter. In the video it can go 38 is this the fastest it can go? Can it be modded to go faster with an extra battery or something?

Is there anything like this available for the JS2 Scooter. I know if I hold the brake and then power on it jumps into some mode but unsure how to make any changes or even if I can.

How do you change the PAS speed levels on the Roamer EB5? I just bought a pair of them, and I don't know how to adjust that particular value. For example, I would like to reduce the speed on PAS 1 to 8 MPH and on PAS 2 to 12 MPH. Thanks!

Yeah you need both the manual and this video to complete assembly. Also dont throw away the box. Most likely screws/bolts you're looking for are in the box. Just came loose and fell in there. Look under the box flaps.

Would that work on the EB7 2.0 and is it safe for the bike?

My throttle has just stopped working. Tried the reset, and it does go up to PAS 5 again, it revs high and then drops off. Any ideas?

2:14 Do the cone springs go inside the retainer clips or outside? What is the purpose of the springs? It the springs are supposes to keep the clips pushed out of the way to make it easier to install the wheel, then that makes sense. Also, if the springs are supposed to make it easier for the clips to release from their position when removing the wheel to make it quicker/easier, then that makes sense also. However, on another e-bike I have I noticed the springs are on the OUTSIDE of the clips, and the nuts seem to have a place for the big part of the spring to fit in. So if the correct placement of the springs is outside the clips, then I'd imagine the purpose is to keep the safety clips engaged in case a nut comes loose while riding, so that the wheel can't slip out of the forks and cause a crash unless the nut comes all the way off. Does anybody have in ideas on this? Thanks.
