I cried when you said that "easy seat" is not easy for everyone and that's okay. It's not easy for me and it hurts everytime a goga teacher calls it "easy seat". It makes me feel like there's something wrong with my body! It was so healing & affirming to hear you acknowlege that it is not easy for everyone. I found this yoga class to be very trauma-informed and inclusive. Thank you so much Natasha! Bless you ❤️

I've done this introduction class 3 times now and burst into tears after each one. I have never felt my body being honored and accepted in that way before. I feel a deep connection to myself everytime. It feels like a guided meditation but with movement. You are truely amazing. Thank you so much for doing this for us bigger bodies. I've been looking for lower back yoga for a while. I've had chronic back pain for almost 4 years and I finally found you on the fat yoga tag on tik tok. I'm gonna do this at least twice a week. I never felt so accommodated for and seen. I have an apple body shape and i always try to do skinny people yoga to help with my pain but this is the first time I 1. finished a class and 2. Wasnt excused or in more pain from doing the workout. Thank you so much.

Thank you. Happy tears--releasing oxytocin in my brain for the happiness I feel for my body, my energy, and for finding you today. Day one of getting back to yoga and getting on my road to weight lifting again. I weight lifted since I was 16 and stopped around age 30. With my excess muscle and some fat I've gained, my weight is heavier and my core has gone to trash, so my lower back has suffered. Taking steps to getting back on the horse so I can build up my core enough to be stable enough for weight lifting and some small amounts of cardio. I'll be back tomorrow to watch you more. I haven’t been able to do yoga recently because I’ve started a new job, but said job has wrecked my body. It was nice to be able to come back to you and do this gentle exercise to get back into it. wishing you the best!

I saw you on TikTok a few weeks ago and I thought okay she does modified stuff so I will give my dream of doing yoga one last go. I have found myself coming back to your UA-cam videos over and over again. I don't feel defeated. For the first time I feel like it is okay if I can't do what the instructor is showing. I used to do yoga multiple times a week. This was years ago; I was much healthier and much thinner. I've so wanted to get back to it, but even most "gentle" or "easy" classes were too much for me and I'd find myself skipping poses. This was doable. I feel like I could actually have a yoga practice again.

My entire thigh/hip (quads, hamstrings, IT band and Sartorius specifically) is really tight and it's causing a fair amount of pain. I've been doing your splits training video a few times a week and it is helping, but any other poses or guidance would be welcome
Knee pain is something I would recommend seeing a doctor about - we can for sure work on the muscles, the fascia, the joints - but as someone with a knee injury, yoga is definitely not a cure all 😅 but I am planning on doing a lower body class as well 💖
@@NourishedNatasha for sure! I’ve had the knee checked out, no meniscus tear or anything. Just too tight for too long, kinda getting old, and I dance too hard (bigger bodied belly dancer problems lol)

I made it almost 19 min and then my pain got me but after about 10 min I felt better I'll do this every evening and this should work on my back
