This department and building needs to be defunded. It obviously has way too many ignorant cops, and obviously doesn't spend any money on training. And their mothers didn't teach them any respect.
Notice how the "probation" guy starts off very aggressive when interacting with someone he assumes is on probation or even related to someone on probation. It appears he feels he is the master of people on probation. So sad and scary!

I'm in the major minority even though I love watching these. Sean is GREAT!!!! But while it's legal what he does I totally get people who are working in a building not liking the fact a dude is filming them. Officers are completely different! I 100% back Sean in that respect for them to uphold the constitution.... all these cops are clowns!

They are not professional. Their behavior dictates. The majority of these men have the same psychological defect. That's why they choose these type of jobs. The more nervous they make people feel the stronger they feel.
The smug indifferent attitude we get from them comes as a result of Qualified Immunity. Through Qualified Immunity they literally are above the law and they know it. The sheriff however is bound by the state constitution which is even MORE damning.
They all stood there with heads down and eyes averted because they knew they were wrong.

Hey Sean I just literally got off the phone with the sheriff and told him what a wonderful job he did and unfortunately it should have escalated to the way it did. He talked to me for about 5 minutes.. great job Sean
Watching this later. The sheriff fails to install discipline in his department so no he did not do a good job. Did he do the interview? Doubt it. The officers were still refusing to identify they had no fear of being held to account. He was rubber stamping their right to be offensive don’t praise that.

I just called the Sheriffs office and spoke with “Tammy”. I started by telling her my gratitude for the example the sheriff‘s set. I then Fow that up with my extreme disappointment and how it’s depth he’s treated an independent journal with simply asking for their name and identification while exercising a constitutionally protected activity. She asked for my name and phone number which I provided both and then assured her I did that so she knows I’m not a troll I am actually a New York resident and I wanted the sheriff to know that “we” take this seriously. She said he might call me back which I replied that would be great if he did if he doesn’t I understand he’s busy but the reason I left my information is so he knows it’s just not random people. While I’m sure it’s people from all over the place it’s also people in his backyard and I’m willing to give my information if he’s willing to have a conversation about it. I also left a review with my same sentiments on their website.

The sherrif should have been able to say, "Hey! Listen guys, tell him who you are." But instead, he says that all of them don't work for him...implying that some do and he doesn't care. That small amount of public shame would have been perfectly fine.

I can't help thinking how inconvenient and trying it must be for the poor employees at these locations to have people with cameras coming and intruding on their business. Then I remember how much money gets extorted from me by threat of violence to pay for these individuals and the buildings they infest and I get angry. Putting aside the times it was used as a title for specific written works, it is effectively a description which means that the press of a given nation is free from undue government censorship or manipulation.

...You clearly don't understand why things like businesses are registered, do you?
Primarily, it is done for taxation reasons, however it also means that there is a *public record* of the businesses within a given area. It also makes it harder to dodge legal issues if you, say, publish slanderous lies about someone.
This is not the 'government' giving you permission to do anything, as nothing is stopping you aside from yourself. Another good audit. From what I've seen of BAT audits, probation offices are about the most dangerous to audit. These tyrants are used to exercising complete control over parolees, lest they put in a bad word with the judge and get their sentences extended or some such shit. When someone who's actually free comes in their offices they have no idea how to behave.

What gets me is sheriff deputies do not identify when asked because they are on video and know actions will be recorded. That is against policy as the sheriff informed us. More investigation is warranted.

Really ruined his day that your not on probation and he can't tell you to sit down on the curb, keep your hands out of your pocket.
The one point that I would like to make here is, after observing their behavior and ONCE one officer refuse to identify. Then all of them were afraid to go against one another and all refused because of social implications, (blue line) regardless of what’s right and wrong. That is a very scary psychological fact about humans.

Had to watch this again and I love the way that Sean held these tyrants to account with such skill and cool demeanour... they rely on you getting aggravated and elevated, so they can grab you and violate your rights. The behavior is demonstrably conducted to draw attention and raise questions. Questions which the photographer refuses to answer. And their suspicion of his motives is entirely justified! As the images of persons who interact with him are used on UA-cam without permission to further enrich “LIA”. It’s underhanded and misguided to state that this is purely done for protecting freedoms.
