hey kevin! i’ve been watching for a few months now, i’ve nearly watched all of your videos! i recently broke my foot and tore some ligaments/tendons in my knee in a ropeswing accident. i’ve been having a lot of trouble sleeping due to the pain and anxiety of the upcoming surgery for my foot and possibly my knee also. your videos have helped me relax and be able to sleep! thank you so much for being you kevin, from one ADHDer to the next!
