Maybe it was due to Margot Robbie being busy but given James Gunn didn't like Thor being added to the Guardians at the end to 'Avengers Endgame' saying if 'Thor: Love and Thunder' hadn't had the character leave he was planning on just ignoring him entirely for Guardian's 3, I do think it's telling she's on her own for a good chunk of 'The Suicide Squad' and only joins the team relatively late as he's having to include an established DCU character which must have been a pain. Given 'Black Adam' felt like a half-baked attempt to relaunch it even if it was messily handled [as it rendered the 2023 DCU films 'dead on arrival] it was for the best he scrapped the continuity and started fresh so he can tailor the characters to his own writing.
I am actually sad they had Thor leave. I get it - it wasn't part of the plan and all, but I liked their interactions in Infinity War and thought the dynamic would be fun in a full Guardians movie. He admittedly would have been out of place in 3 given all the other things going on, but still.

...ngl didn't expect the animorphs reference
Hyped for Season 2 ^^
He must be going to review the Halloween episode where Harley Cooper got superpowers and dawned the superhero persona "The Guiding Light", which also had a Marvel tie-in comic.
I know Adrian Chase was Vigilante in the comics, but the performance in Arrow was so damn good that I prefer him as Prometheus instead.
The peacemaker tv show was tons of fun in my opinion
9:24 The final freedom!!
This show made Peacemaker quite the interesting figure
0:48 YES! THANK YOU!
@@AT4W Also, Thor would've been a story-breaker power for Volume 3.
there was a rumour going about the janitor at the beginning of Peacemaker was meant to be playing the lesser known superhero six pack
9:23 I was not expecting a Detective Heart of America reference but I enjoyed it nonetheless
I tip my hat off to you for that Animorphs reference, sir. Always knew you are a man ot culture.
I was shocked on how much I enjoyed peacemaker and John Cena performance in it
I remember thinking vigilante looks like scott the woz watching this
James Gunn for the win!
This was such a great episode, Linkara felt very in the swing of things this ep, the audio joke got me real good.
Was not expecting an Animorphs reference but it makes me happy.
He has a much more serious breakdown later. God I hope you cover the rest over time.
As a side note (Because I don't think she gets enough appreciation) props to Viga this is one of her best title cards (Dooms IV #1 Is my favorite though) in my opinion hope her future endeavors go well
Gunn and Cena made Peacemaker one of my fave DC anti heroes if not my fave!
The Suicide Squad is my favorite DC film, it really balances the goofy aspects of the comics with being dark and messed up; and all the characters are very well done. Peacemaker is also great; I'm sad Linkara didn't get to episode 3 with all the Nazis getting beaten up; I think we all need that right now.
