Yes he is! And yeah, imo Matsuda has the best character development in the show. Everyone else treated him like he was an idiot, (which he is not), and underestimated him. Then he's the one to bring down Kira. Thanks for watching!

My boy! He's really a legend. I love how he started out as a comic relief and then turned into the rescuer for the day.
