He likely wouldn't have learned World Cutting Slash, but he'd likely have a new less powerful method of bypassing infinity.

@@RadiantFinder imo the mahoraga summons were just to show off mahoraga. if you recall it states sukuna spent about 10 seconds bearing infinite void before he summoned mahoraga, which makes no sense for a few reasons. first off, it DOES not take 10 seconds to make the chant to summon mahoraga, and second off, it also means gojo just stood there and watched sukuna frozen for 10 seconds. you could make the argument that mahoraga needed to finalize the adaptation to IV in those 10 seconds, but then there would've been an audible sound indicating the adaptation, which there wasn't. i think gege just wanted to show off how daunting and powerful mahoraga's ability to adapt to any and all phenomena was, and he added the 10 seconds part later to explain why sukuna could no longer open his domain to enter the 2nd phase of the fight. realistically, the moment sukuna could feel his domain collapse he would unleash mahoraga, and wouldn't have to succumb to infinite void. i dont think gege anticipated all the fans would dog over this moment to attack sukuna lol

For all the people saying sukuna would find a way to bypass infinity without mahoraga you have to remember gojo was about to win when he summoned mahoraga
Gojo literally says that if sukuna didn’t use tst and fought all out (which he didn’t do in their fight), Gojo still suspected that he would lose. Which means he believes that sukuna would find another way do bypass infinity. Gojo is my fav chac in jjk but we need to accept it. Sukuna is the victor. Wether we wanted this outcome or not sukuna proved to be the strongest

if you recall it states sukuna spent about 10 seconds bearing infinite void before he summoned mahoraga, which makes no sense for a few reasons. first off, it DOES not take 10 seconds to make the chant to summon mahoraga, and second off, it also means gojo just stood there and watched sukuna frozen for 10 seconds.
you could make the argument that mahoraga needed to finalize the adaptation to IV in those 10 seconds, but then there would've been an audible sound indicating the adaptation, which there wasn't. i think gege just wanted to show off how daunting and powerful mahoraga's ability to adapt to any and all phenomena was, and he added the 10 seconds part later to explain why sukuna could no longer open his domain to enter the 2nd phase of the fight. realistically, the moment sukuna could feel his domain collapse he would unleash mahoraga, and wouldn't have to succumb to infinite void. i dont think gege anticipated all the fans would dog over this moment to attack sukuna lol
