I’m a beginner & at the beginning you said something that inspired me to try this anyway, and to be gentle to myself through the process even when I couldn’t do something. I ended up just laughing when I shook, or couldn’t stretch as gracefully and I just wanted to say that it’s really beautiful how you kick everything off by reminding everyone that being kind to yourself is key. I started in November by doing the 10 min morning challenge. I stuck with 10 min practices until my body asked for more and now I try to do the 20-30 min practices. Now I am focusing on building leg strength and this practice is perfect. This is my fourth time doing this practice and I think Im going to stick with it for awhile. The invitation to watch my thinking really helps me and I feel so good in Cat Pulling Its Tail. Today I was able to hold the extended side triangle pose for the first time!! 10 seconds on each side!! Thank you Kassandra! My affirmation for today is productivity.
Sames! I do two 10 some days, then I found her app n went to her channel n dug dip n in last year she's added so many I can go back n do them w her new ones, I do 30 mins now unless I in hurry in morning. Then just 10 mins it is.

This was a beautiful class to start this Monday with. The Tiger/ Skandasana variation was pretty tricky, but also very fun! I also felt like pausing the video after the last flow to insert my Pincha practice 😂🙈. This flow was such a great build up towards this inversion. , As always a big thank you, dear Kassandra ♥

I really liked the variation of this flow with some new poses that I either had never heard of or hadn't done for ages. Full confession; I definitely gave up part way through the single leg squat 😂 ...but managed most of the others. My sankalpa was to find balance in flexibility and strength. When you said this was an intermediate yoga class at the end I was so surprised. For the last few months I have always been doing beginner classes, too afraid to do anything more than that. Wow! I really enjoyed this challenge today. I’ve been neglecting my practice lately… neglecting myself. It felt so good to reconnect and challenge my mind and body. I’ve only been practicing yoga for a year and I often struggle with poses that require arm/wrist strength. I needed a few more steps in some of the transitions, however, I got there in the end. I’m proud of what I achieved today. Thank you! 😊
I woke up at 3am this morning and couldn’t get back to sleep for hours. I’ve had a situation on my mind that has alternately made me angry and sad, and when I finally got back to sleep I woke up feeling stressed out, tired and low. I did this class and it COMPLETELY changed everything. I felt energised, productive and much better about the situation and in general. My day was vastly improved by this practice, so thank you so much Kassandra 😍
I have been using your videos for my beginner yoga practices for over a year now but it's my first time commenting. I absolutely love the way you explain everything. I wasn't very consistent and sometimes a would do a few days of yoga in a row , then never do any for a couple weeks and my goal now is to be consistent. I am challenging myself to 365 days of yoga with your videos. And this practice , although quite challenging , is my favourite. Only love

Having followed yoga practices for many years, moving from one class to another or searching on line, I can honestly say that I have never found one as enjoyable and easy to follow as Kassandra’s. Loved this practice! Had taken it easy from the past few days due to a stomach upset, and I needed this flow to get me going again. Just one thing - shavasana is not optional. It is an integral part of yogic practice, no matter the time of the day as asanas awaken the pranas (energies) in the body. Shavasana brings equilibrium back to the body. Namaste x

Phew, that's a huge step up for me from your beginners routines, I try to do a 10 min one every morning ❤ love your classes thankyou❤ my problem is being 66 with lots of joint problems and inflexibility. But imagine how bad I would be without yoga ❤ it really helps my back and hips ❤
First time doing a morning intermediate flow; I usually stick to very gentle, easy flows in the a.m. This was so energizing and refreshing, the intermediate flows are here to stay : )
This flow was amazing! I was intermediate to advance for many years but then a break came when I went to college and now that I'm back, I'm super proud of myself for making it to the end of this practice. It was definitely challenging but very rewarding! Thank you Kassandra. Much love.
The one-legged squat!!! Loved this challenging class - caught myself doing some negative talk and changed the narrative. The 10-15 minute classes are my usual go-to but every once in a while, these longer classes are just what I need. Thanks Kassandra

My counselor and nutritionist have told me to be gentler on myself-adding in yoga a couple times a week. This was my first day doing yoga instead of heavy weights/cardio. I really appreciate you clarifying that you're bending your knee in high lunge because of a sway back! I have scoliosis and have found it frustrating when past yoga teachers and physical therapists have pressured me into postures that hurt me more than they help me. Thanks for recognizing that proper alignment will mean different expressions of a pose for different bodies!

Kassandra, the one minute at the end to do whatever we need was absolutely a brilliant idea and I wish to see more of that in your classes! Indeed what I needed was to put on socks, sweater, take a sip of tea , take a pillow and cover myself with a blanket to get ready for a well deserved comfortable resting pose. I felt taken care of by myself - after this challenging class it was truly what my body needed and I am very grateful that the flow of this class included this miraculous time for self-love :) kisses!
This practice made me so sore the next day, especially cat pulling its tail (i might have gone over the edge with that one). BUT it makes me so excited to do this flow again, so I can practice & see how much i improve each time I do this.

the fun started at 15:30😊and yes! cat pulling its tail was neat, funny how such a slight adjustment creates a totally new sensation!

This flow was amazing! I was intermediate to advance for many years but then a break came when I went to college and now that I'm back, I'm super proud of myself for making it to the end of this practice.

The one-legged squat!!! Loved this challenging class - caught myself doing some negative talk and changed the narrative. The 10-15 minute classes are my usual go-to but every once in a while, these longer classes are just what I need. Thanks Kassandra

Kassandra, I did this routine later in the morning when I had a little time and it opened my hips really well and just generally helped get my muscles going and feeling good. Thank you for posting it, it really works wonders.

I showered myself with gratitude that I, at 53, could manage and enjoy this flow, apart from the single leg squat onto my seat! I will have to work on that one. Thanks again for this channel. It's the best 😄🙏

My counselor and nutritionist have told me to be gentler on myself-adding in yoga a couple times a week. This was my first day doing yoga instead of heavy weights/cardio. I loved it and noticed areas of my body that I really need to stretch and release. Thanks!! looking forward to doing another one of your videos!
Crouching tiger-- absolutely incredible! More effective than any other stretch I've done for inner leg!!
I really appreciate you clarifying that you're bending your knee in high lunge because of a sway back! I have scoliosis and have found it frustrating when past yoga teachers and physical therapists have pressured me into postures that hurt me more than they help me. Thanks for recognizing that proper alignment will mean different expressions of a pose for different bodies!

Kassandra, the one minute at the end to do whatever we need was absolutely a brilliant idea and I wish to see more of that in your classes! Indeed what I needed was to put on socks, sweater, take a sip of tea , take a pillow and cover myself with a blanket to get ready for a well deserved comfortable resting pose. I felt taken care of by myself - after this challenging class it was truly what my body needed and I am very grateful that the flow of this class included this miraculous time for self-love :) kisses!
This practice made me so sore the next day, especially cat pulling its tail (i might have gone over the edge with that one). BUT it makes me so excited to do this flow again, so I can practice & see how much i improve each time I do this.
I love it! We want more intermediate energizing powerful yoga practice!! (for people who are following for a while and are getting good at this) ❤

I had started this one several months ago and abandoned it almost immediately. Today it was exactly what I needed and I feel amazing, which is also what I needed. During the intention-choosing part, my intention shifted 3x in rapid succession but I am really convinced that SURRENDER is the word I need today. This practice was the absolute perfect way to start my day this morning, I loved that there were a few poses I was unfamiliar with; it catches you off guard and adds a more challenging aspect to the flow. I'd love more 20-30 minute morning practices like this especially incorporating poses that aren't as popular on UA-cam. I looooved this one. When I started your classes I used to do mostly the shorter 10/15 mins ones but as time has gone on 30 mins is perfect for me in the morning and I really enjoy the vinyasa flows. Thanks so much!💜🙏
