I have zero hip lateral mobility. The slightest move in either internal or external sides is totally undoable, hurts really bad. Can't even do the first stretch.
Miss Brittany, the 2nd exercise "Forward Fold" is not ideal for those who have Glaucoma as the stretch bending down would increase the glaucoma eye, would it not?
What i dont understand is why would you wanna strech your back and flexors if they are streched from sitting already? Shouldnt we strech the frontal muscles? just asking
I’m worried, I have been prolonged sitting since I was about 15 I’m now 22. I love games, always have always will, I get sucked into it, it’s my escape. But I would sit down for more than 8-11 hours which is a dangerous amount of hours. Id say about 13 hours a day sitting, I get up here and there but I don’t feel that’s enough, while I do rarely exercise here and there as of today im starting to take this very seriously and go on more walks often then maybe ease into running later. I’m still worried tho, is all that sitting not reversible? Am I gonna die in my 30s? I read for answers and I can’t find any, Ill be going to the doctors for a check up but I’m getting anxious just thinking about it, scared I may have DVT.

Is exercising everyday enough to reverse damage done from years of prolonged sitting almost everyday?
Apparently 30-45 minutes of light exercises every day do the trick and the more the better but that appears to be the peak

I too am confused because in the stretches the hips are flexed - i. e you are still crunched up/seated.
Does this reduce weakness in the knees
I’ve heard you have to strengthen butt, hamstring, and quad muscles for stronger knees. Stretching alone won’t relieve knee discomfort or weakness.
