Thanks for showing this unit and how it's gone to hell by the mismanagement of Fish&Wildlife. It's really sad that you had to settle for something you could have shot during general season. I have 21 points now, and there isn't a unit out there worth drawing. Looks like you had fun though,well done.

Nice buck. I drew that tag for archery a few years ago. Average 7 degrees so it was loud as hell - got on several good bucks in Mud Creek etc but couldn't close the distance. Still a great hunt!

Beautiful work, great footage, what a wonderful experience with your brother, my so had it for archery in 2019 and smoked a masher up Potato creek, it is a migration hunt plus the wolf pack and forest service doing there thing and running your rifle over and WDFW miss management, the deck was stacked against ya, you did well!

My grandpa drew that tag for 2023 and we seen a
Bunch of nice bucks but we also know the area really well since we hunt regular modern over there. We ended up getting a super nice wide 4x4

I drew that tag in 2010 for the archery hunt tagged out Thanksgiving morning. I saw 100 3 pt. or better bucks in one day ! There was 8 inches of snow though.
