    Gemma, yesterday I found out that I was really allergic to gluten, and I thought that I couldn't make any more of you amazingly-wonderful recipes but of course, I was badly mistaken... I just tried out your old oat pancake video, and I realized that I didn't have bananas, so I mixed up some of your different recipes most the tekniques that you taut me and I made up a new recipe;
    ❥one cup of oat flour
    ❥a tablespoon of melted butter
    ❥one egg
    ❥a teaspoon of baking powder
    ❥half a cup of water or milk (add milk for a richer flavor)
    ❥a tablespoon of milk
    ❥1/4 a teaspoon of vinnila extract, of vinnila powder
    ❥pinch of salt
    ❥1 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
    ❥1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
    ~~sprinkle on some powdered sugar and powdered cinnamon, the top it off with maply syrup, or - my favorite - honey~~
    Gemma, you don't know how happy was when I found out that you also did gluten-free recipe...of course, my recipe couldn't of existed if it weren't for u... Thank you gem...

    My granny had a fish and chip restaurant, a open tin on top of her stove and she tossed every slice or bun up there 2 dry them out and it was my job to bash them into fine crumbs for her fried sole. I do the same 2 this day then freeze and use when needed. When I get 2 much I give as Christmas gifts.

    My mum use to put the slices of bread in the oven first to dry out..., then crush them in a hand grinder (like the type used for mince meat) The crumbs were then stored in a screw top large jar in the cupboard for months and we never had any problems with them going off or stale.

    coffee grinder works for this too, just make sure you shake the grinder to keep the bread moving and don't grind for longer than around 10 seconds so you don't fry your grinder.

    Is it alright to use multigrain bread? Its just more healthy than that white plain bread you know. 😊🥰🥰❤️❤️

    Would if work to put like butter and seasonings on them before we put them in the oven? Or how could we season them?

    • @biggerbolderbaking
      @biggerbolderbaking  4 роки тому

      Hi, Gina! I always season them when I use them in dishes. If you wish to give it a try, you can process bread until you get crumbs then add salt or other seasoning bit by bit to your taste. Add melted butter until you get a wet sand texture then bake.
      Hope this is of help!
