DON'T BUY this chair. It is of pathetic cheap quality for the premium price. I bought one and got return accepted. Below were the problems out of the box:
1. Base plate painting was uneven
2. There were dents and scratches on a brand new product
3. Metal wheel base was rusted. Damn it rusted seriously.
4. One of the two arm rests was not working. Imagine brand new and arm rest not working means complete quality check disaster.
4. Plastic body of arm rest had rough plastic finish
5. Armrest wobbled like anything.
I strongly advise stay away and don't fall for smartgrid marketing gimmic. I bought this chair after visiting their experience centre in Mumbai (Thane). I seriously feel displayed product is different than what is delivered. Chu banane ka dhandha hai.
