SLR main right side back main pain ho raha bit severe nai hai. Uska kya matlab ho sakta sir? Muje 5-6 saal se right side lower back pain and niche leg pain hota rehta hai har 2-3 months main but iss baar 5-6 din se thand badhi tabse bohot hi badh gaya hai pain, sotey time numb hota tha. Pain reliever ointment and hot cold therapy karke numbing kam ho gai ekdum but back pain abhi bhi hai.

Ye sab test mere clear hai par back pain hota hai. Wo bhi ek jagah khade hone par.
