Did you use a spacer before a variator? Because i have the same scooter and bought the same variator. I cant install it because variator back plate is grinding/touching the engine block. I can install it just with a spacer. There is no word in polini manual about a spacer...

Instalei o kit na minha pcx 125 cc 2014 ficou excelente velocidade maxima 135 Km/H recomendo muito bom equipamento.
pra atingir essa velocidade basta so o variador?..e filtro de ar ,escape,correia?
