- This is my install video of the Corsa Sport Exhaust system for 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 w/6.2L with Crew Cab Short Bed 147.5" Wheelbase. The same part also works for the 2019-2022 GMC Sierra & Silverado with the same configuration. I traded my 2017 ZL1 Camaro for this truck for family reasons since I can't very well fit 4 in the Camaro very well but this truck fits 5 with room for an added playground in the back seat. This thing is as huge on the inside as it is on the outside. Honestly, I'm 6'1" and I feel small next to this at stock height. I'll probably post a review of the truck as I've gotten more acquainted with it at a later date. You can get quad tips for it and take off HDMI tips, and have the exhaust shop put them on....I told off my HDMI tips and put quad tips on my truck.
I already did all that (video posted). Ripped off those old HDMI's and put on the quad chrome Corsa tips instead. They gave me one hell of a deal on them too as I was one of their first customers to get them. Told them I was about to order the C7 Tips and just cut out the steel support between them to mount on my truck since they'd fit. Guess they decided that was a great idea since they came out right after I told them that.

Good video, I have the same truck but 2022 limited. From the factory these things are so quiet. I have been looking at exhausts for mine and this video was helpful! Thank you for sharing.
It's really an easy exhaust system to install and gives a great tone to the truck, not too loud, not quiet, but not that cheap sounding exhaust sound either. It sounds just the way a truck like this should be from the factory. Glad you found my video helpful. Have fun with your 22 Limited.

Truck sounds amazing, and beautiful color! Since I'm thinking about it, since your truck has an LT 6.2 in it, direct injection, one mod I recommend is an good oil catch can! It'll help keep oil off the intake valves and not get a lot of carbon build up on em. Being you're in Cali, like me, when it comes time to smog it (its like 6 years after its been built or something of that sort), you'll want to switch back to the stock PCV setup just to pass visual. But thats an easy swap and then put the can back. Again, love your truck tho, its nice!!

@@TheWolfMatt Good to hear man! They did a good job with them, imo. My best friend has always been a GM fan (Camaro, Sierra, anything V8 related) and used to joke about their issues (grew up a Ford fan). But I grew up and really, I enjoy all 3 brands. Lol and GM really did a amazing job with this truck, its gorgeous, powerful, useful, comfortable, beefy sounding with an exhaust and reliable from what I can tell. I'm glad you already ordered that can, its probably one of the most important mods for DI engines. Keeps costs low and an engine happy as the miles rack up. And its always able to swap to a new truck, if ever you get another one!
Yeah I got to get a new one for my new truck to I also have a GMC sierra denier but my have the His factory performance exhaust on it and I like to change the tips on it.
And the 2019 GMC sierra denali sounds better now 😊😅

Oh wow nice, and I just Is traded my silverado in and got a GMC sierra Denali and it has the factory performance exhaust but don't like the HDMI tips I think I want to get the quiet tips , because I don't see any around here with them on it.
@@kirkgarvin6831 You can actually get the Corsa Sport system with the tips now. When I got my setup, they hadn't made any tips for it till I hounded them to make some as those HDMI GM tips are hideous in my opinion. It does give the truck a different look for sure, gets more paying me compliments over a factory looking one.
My 2019 denali came from the factory with this exhaust. If you option their performance exhaust, it’s the corsa cat back so you actually can get it like that from the factory

If yours came with this system then you are super lucky. GM factory exhaust usually only consists of the Borla S type. I've always loved the way Corsa sounded over Borla hence the reason for the system I got.
just ordered this for my 2018 escalade, stock is way too quiet, i dont know if my truck has the butterfly flap

How long did it take you? To change out
It took me about an hour and a half to complete the whole process. If I wasn't filming in between, maybe an hour total to complete. Fairly straight forward as long as you did it the way I did.

Wait this is with Corsa installed? Yeah my 2015 with the corsa extreme was way louder and still no drone inside.
Yeah, this one is a bit more tame than my 17 Silverado 6.2L I had, same muffler too. There must be higher restrictive cats that I'm going to address at a later date.

It was quieter straight piped 😂
It even got a touch louder when I installed the Corsa tips. Funny about it being soooo quiet with just open pipe after the "Y" collector. Guess those cats are just that restrictive.
And the 2017 silverado was louder then ..the 2019 GMC
I think it has something to do with the cats on this newer model. Either that or GM did something else to the tune setup on the 19-22 Sierra/Silverado 6.2L
