    師父年紀輕輕但好好手勢!建議加入英文字幕,特別係師父某啲步驟、同解答問題嗰陣,等多啲海外華人後裔,以致外國人,更加明白香港人對食物嘅認真。個人覺得,仲勁過甚麽奧運獎牌,因為,呢啲先至係真正港人文化、精神。唔係個個鐘意玩劍、踩單車,但好少人會拒絕試吓一碗好味嘅雲吞麵。

    Didn't realize it takes so much times and efforts to make wonton wrappers. I'm pretty sure he does the same with noodles. I'll definitely try this shop when we can travel again. I love the Mongkok area. So much good food there. I wished he would replace the cleaver with a stainless one, or at least keep it from rush.

      just wondering. if you had visited MongKok, not sure why you commented about the old blade. at a layman's store (vs so called four- or five-star stores) in hk, no tools would be thrown away as long as they are working. (at least that's the way it used to be.)
