So glad you are getting better! Thanks for sharing your sweet memory of your dad, it reminded me of my dad. He was born in 1923 and never understood mobile phones either.😂 I sure do miss my parents! Keep getting better!
Fantastic Debbie! I enjoy seeing other figure another way to health through a proper human diet. Words of encouragement and help others with acts of kindness and love.
You shared your father in that first minute and a half. Thats something.😊 Fellow carnivore here. Stick with it. Some of us take longer to heal but its been so worth it. Im 16 months in and 56 urs old. Kudos and hang in there lady.
You're so fun... even when not feeling so good! 164.2 🎉 Woo Hoo!!! 🎉 So good to hear from you! THANKS for the pics, too. We miss you too!!!! 164.2. That's sooooo cool!!!!
That is great that you are feeling better. That scale on the ship must have been really of. They want people to take there exercise class. Love your videos
Hey Debbie❤ Thinking about starting the carnivore diet. Your glowing smile and positivity is a testament to your beautiful grit ❤ Thx for the inspiration☆

Glad you're able to be up and around a bit. Don't overdo it Debbie. So glad you're at 164. Keep up the good work. My Dad passed in 21. I still haven't the heart to delete his number from my contacts list. I just can't do it. I kept some of his ashes and I put some in the ground when we planted a memorial tree at the park in between the ball fields named for him and the veterans memorial wall of names. I think girls miss their daddies more. Get better soon Debbie. We've all been missing you.
I'm typing this on my computer Debra, Deborah (lol, teasing, you can call me Ruthie! hope you get the joke)--I GOT THE POWER! Came on last night at 17:40, Pam & Dave and Vic & Chuck's road, not yet. That rd. looks like a war zone! Anyway, I did fine without power for a week and am grateful the temp. was relatively low all week. Lost LOTS of meat, chicken, seafood and homemade broth that was in the freezers; today they're stocked with bottles of water to take up some room before I can get to to store. I know I can live off grid just fine. It's great to "see" you feeling better, been sending (will continue) healing energies your way. I ate Aldi Keto bread toast with Choc Zero strawberry jam, lots of butter and some peanut butter a bit ago so I guess I qualify for going off carni also now but I really don't care after that power-less week. Sending love to all 4 of you.
Glad to know you learned your lesson and are feeling better now. We don't all just eat this way because we love meat soo much, it's to stop eating things that have high toxicity such as the processed foods. Although I love meat. Still giggling. 164.2, eff yeah! I've managed to lose 5 lbs and am now at a solid 175. It's okay to be dirty Debbie. I just moved and haven't showered in like three days either. Just too tired. Today's the day, though. You have a blessed day and just take it easy.

I only lasted 30 days on the carnivore diet, I lost 22lb without any exercise, I needed low carb variety thereafter. Day 207 of my diet and I've lost 5 stone, 70lb. I walk around 20,000 steps a day.
