Dude i just seen your video of 100 days . Im day 22 so i went back to the beginning of your journey at 20 days.. you look like your getting younger the longer you go. No offense but you had way more wrinkles and looked 10 years oldee back then

I'm shooting for about 110. We'll all laugh about it later in heaven. Glad you are feeling soft again Debbie. You want to feel even softer, try bentonite clay baths. I just got out and yeah it's just lovely. It's like I am a big ol' baby's butt. Maybe when you stay with someone you can commandeer their bathtub. Stay blessed and you can stop counting your days, you made it, but only if you want to.

Fun memories! Tomorrow the high temp is supposed to be 59 here in Indy, I think the furnace will kick on tomorrow night. Lots of leaves are down, the trees are turning colors, and in a couple weeks it will be November. Definitely feeling like fall!

I have a huge headache and nauseated most days. I guess the toxins get together and keep us from having headaches lol. I’ve got to find a scale because my daughters has me weighing 184 which is way less than I normally am (200). I’ll be looking for a scale somewhere tomorrow.

I could not comment on your most recent video, but want to just say happy birthday to dave. Pasadena was the city you were in for the float decorating, glad that it is such a good memory for you. I know how you feel about the age.My husband is seven years older than me. The numbers just don't sound real when you hear yourself say them. I'm on 316 days carnivore way of life, feel great. Some cheats😂, but I'll be the first to say, "I'm not perfect." I would probably be more strict if there weren't and 2 people in my house eating totally another kind of diet. So there are constant temptations for me, and I do my best to stay away. Have a good time with your family.

I do enjoy hearing about your family, especially your Dad- Brings back so many memories of my dad who died at age 68., so young. May he be resting in everlasting peace & my mother with him. We four sisters were Daddy's girls, for sure.

Glad to see you guys are safe. As far as the diet goes, when I get off track, even for a single meal, the weight loss definitely goes backwards. I went out for a work dinner to a pizza place and mainly ate wings, but I had some beers to be social and I could feel the difference when I went to bed. Going to try to be consistent through thanksgiving. I am sure I will have some mashed potatoes and gravy that day.

So thankful to hear you guys are okay- tornadoes were extremely scary. One was to head here further East to Wedgefield, from Lake Nona, however 55 mph winds & torrential rain that came up stopped it. 5a Thursday, hit here. Front house roof shingles flying off & rain came in ceiling corners of 3 connected rooms& puddles down to floor. No damage at back(my) house. Never lost power in Wedgefield-- couple flickers.

I use to do lots of paint by numbers for adults. Love it. You are looking great congrats on 162. Have a hood and safe day
