- EASY GUMPASTE OR SUGAR PASTE RECIPE
This recipe does not harden that much, if you want recipe that hardens and has no eggs and gelatin please feel free to check my vegan gumpaste, also here at my channel
No Eggs, No Gelatin
RECIPE
Glucose 1/4 cup or 90 - 92 grams
water (boiled distilled water cooled) 3 tbsp or 36 grams
Veg oil or coco oil 1 tbsp
3 Cups sifted confectioner sugar 450 to 459 grams
1- 2 tbsp tylose powder (6 to 12 grams)
Procedure
1. Mix all the wet ingredients, place on microwave for 30 to 45 sec just heat the glucose but dont boil so you can stir them and blend well,
mix all the dry ingredients and make a well at the center
2. pour the wet ingredients at the center while its not that cold and not hot also should be warm to touch
3. mix slowly and tilt bowl and fold the paste in until you form a dough, take it out of the bowl and knead.
STORAGE is inside the chiller, can last 3 to 6 months paste form sealed on airtight container, take only what you need and let thaw at room temp for 30 min to 1 hour and use, or if in a hurry put on microwave for 3-5 sec medium high, you may repeat heating if not yet soft and rubber like
Note: Gumpaste should not be used in humid or rainy weather because it will melt due to its sugar content, if you wish to use gumpaste you need to work in a closed room or aircon room. never put finished outputs inside the ref because it will most and melt
What you can use for Humid Weather is Maco Paste

Hey does this eggless and gelatin free gum paste also dries hard. I mean how is this one different from the gelatin gum paste. Please reply
As long as it dries hard, what difference does it make if it's like rubber?

Hi I love your Chanel I just discovered you 😊
I would like to ask a question
What is the best gumpaste for humid weather?
Brilliant
Marck dearest am touched by your response, so eager to help anyone who has a problem unlike other different channels no amount of pleading helps, they just never respond to your queries but here you are truly a gem. Sorry I missed seeing your message as I had a little problem with the internet and now it is too late because only this morning I had to throw away the flowers and the little kitties I made out of that gum paste of which I had a problem. As mentioned the gumpaste was stretching just like you showed but I was not able to form it into a smooth dough and hence cracks showed and I was tired at the end of what I was trying to do. The kitties looked cute I have a picture on my whatsapp but pictures are deceptive one can never see the real picture. Another thing I noticed Marck was it is not raining and it is hot, I dried the figures and flowers under a light as I was taught at a class, but I noticed after two days of not putting them under the light they started softening and then back under the light which hardened and back to softening, I was totally depressed as I made them for a cake from my grandchildren for their grandpa. This morning I was forced to throw them out as the flowers turned soft and the frilly dress on the kitty also turned soft, I had no choice Marck but to get rid of them. What could be the problem I have no idea because everything you showed I did the same way and it turned out the same way too. Please please advise me, thank you thank you,
