When I was in Scotland a couple of years ago, I never met any Scottish blends before. But the evening after I arrived, being in a pub. The barkeeper says: Have you tried scottish liquor before? I sad no, he smiles and said: I have something you wanna discouver. He a glass on the bar and poured some liquer in. He said: Here you are. Taste our finest blend, When I take a nip. I was surprised about the taste close my eyes and really enjoy it.
After that evening I put that on my list of highlights a I took a small bottle in my suitcase. Since than, sweet Scottish memories are going through my mind when I even smell that unique taste!

try red again with a bit of ice water in it, think the peat notes and robust flavours will surprise you, its a good neat sipper contrsry to popular beliefs knocking it down ,its a unique whisky not found much with the over hyped cherries etc its what whisky should taste like and a reference to others imo but of ou like milder sippers j&b rare is also good

I need to HIGHLY recommend trying the Naked Grouse which is by the same bottling company as the Famous Grouse. The Naked version is a blended malt scotch whisky and I found it (here in the U.S. anyway) at 43%. Indeed the contributing malts from what I've gathered come from Glenturret, Highland Park, and Macallan.... Delicious and an INSTANT favorite for me............ SLAINTE!

My favourite cheap blended whisky is Teachers. I think Benedict made a video about it some two years ago. This one is nice, of course. Cosidering its price, it is a bargain. But taste is a bit raw. Which is expected.

The volume of your speaking fads in and out - very irritating. You should be more aware that one moment you speak loud enough to be heard and the next moment, I can't understand half the words you say and try to guess at what they are and turn up the volume and then you revert to speaking too loud only to return to whisper mode. The listening experience was more than enough for me to hit the dislike button. So, you are older than the hills, put yourself forward as an expert, and lack fundamental speaking skills. Maybe you should try a new line of work that excludes verbal communication. Cheers! It's been real, and it's been fun, but your UA-cam channel ain't real fun.
