What a pleasant surprise to see your video pop up on my feed! Congratulations on all the great things happening in your life. It's wild to think I started watching your videos before Abby was even born. My daughter wasn't even 2 yet (she just turned 8), but your videos back then were a lifeline. It's totally understandable that you've moved on from packing videos - that season of your life is over now. I've also moved on from a lot of the mom YT channels I used to watch back then, but seeing this video pop up felt like running into an old acquaintance. Thanks for always being so honest and approachable. Best of luck with everything that's to come!

I appreciate your update and totally get you not doing packing videos. You made me fall in love with Jujube and helped me get organized as a new mom. Our lives change but I hope you will keep the videos up or move them to a second channel if you ever want to leave that behind. It’s nice to go back and see old prints and your reactions to them and figure out how to pack things because mommy hood is always changing. Wishing you all the best things!

I did go looking for The Sensible Mama today because I’m having a baby in September for the first time in 6 years, and was super bummed that I didn’t find your store; so that brought be here to see what I missed. I’m a LYMIA stan-I love love LOVE your brand and how it caters to working moms and those moms who are transitioning out of diaper bags and into “big girl bags”. I’ve been watching your packing videos and reviews since my little guy was born over 5 years ago. I’ve been buying LYMIA bags in the aftermarket (with birthday money and fun money-we’re Dave Ramsey-style budgeters) because it’s my fave diaper bag brand. In fact, I’m currently waiting on some trifecta pieces in I’m Moody and Iced Latte in the mail, and I’ve been going back and forth about buying a pre-loved trifecta in Boss Up…and I don’t even like pink. 😅 That’s how awesome of an influencer you are! I appreciate all that you’ve done for us mommas. Your new endeavor as an author sounds fulfilling and exciting! Everyone’s gotta go their own way. God bless you and your family. ❤️

I think it’s fine that you’ve lost interest in LYMIA brand as it was. As our lives evolve so do our interests and what works for us. And when things stop working then we should go and do something else.

I’m in a position to buy another diaper bag and we are middle class. I think you’re okay to get back in the game, but please bring on some stroller caddies, stroller straps, a wagon caddy, machine washable bags and vinyl packing clear bags. I’m longing for a cross between itzy ritzy boss and jujube zealous backpack I want it to have insulated bottle pockets, d rings for attaching to stroller with coordinating straps, a mommy pocket, a key leash, a place to easily add and remove a removable quick change diaper bag that only holds diapers, wipes, a disposable change table liner and rash cream. You can also do packing for vacation videos. I’m obsessed with those. I love to buy bags that serve function. My current obsessions for packing are the hulken bag in the biggest size I love that it has wheels. I am obsessed with Vera Bradley bags duffles and totes again bc they are quilted which give them great structure to stay open while packing and rummaging as well as the are machine washable. And I want to like my petunia pickle bottom intermix organizer but it’s very floppy. We leave it in our car for extra diapers wipes and a change of clothes. What I really want to say to you is yes you might not be in the current phase of young motherhood but you’ve left an impression on me and I still very much value your opinion. I don’t think that you would not be able to get your head in the space of what would a mother need, how would a mother approach this, those kind of concepts. It’s not too convoluted for you and no one‘s gonna think that you’re old or out of date or anything like that. You are the CEO of your brand, and you are capable of bringing to moms the bags that fulfill their every need. I’ve really noticed a shift from both petunia pickle bottom and jujube. Were they really like to listen to the feedback that they get in their Facebook groups. These moms are very candid and are very vocal about what it is that they are looking for in bags. So it would behoove you to start a Facebook group or listen to the Facebook group Feedback and give the people what they want. This is totally your lane and they always will be do not stray away from the path that you’ve already forged follow your gut. Trust your instincts you got this, get back in the game, we need you lots of love, you got love you mean it always!
P.s. I propose making content where you can find random strangers on the street and say hey for a $10LYMIA gift card can we see what’s in your diaper bag!? That would be really fun content. You can just show us ways to pack and it doesn’t have to be what you would pack. It’s what somebody could pack you know so just roll with it. Just bring us the diaper bags. Make commercial type content for it. It doesn’t have to be about you specifically just footage of the bags being used and what kind of things can be packed in it and that just makes the greatest content, anything that shows us how to use the bags and what they are capable of is Primo.
