- This is not our regular mead content, but it's something near and dear to our meadery. This Lord and Burnham greenhouse has resided on our farm for 20 years and it is finally getting the restoration it deserves. But how to cut glass was something we didn't know how to do. Happily, Nina's father comes from a background of glass cutting and glazing with his work in the multi-generational family business--The H. Perilstein Glass Company in Philadelphia, PA. His help lended to the success of our finished greenhouse, which we hope one day to become our tasting room when we get our Meadery and Cidery license here in NJ.

We spent the entire month of October working every day to complete this greenhouse and we're so proud of it!
