Ang totoong toxic dito sa corporate world sa Pinas? HR!!! I’ve been with American companies in the past and nung first time, na culture shock talaga ako. SUPER PROFESSIONAL. Dito kasi sa Pinas, tanggap lang tayo ng tanggap, endure lang sa paghihirap. Pag sinabing “tatawagan na lang kita” alam na naten na wala na pagasa, or paghihintayin ng matagal tapos iisipin na ten na “patience is the key” when in reality, it’s not supposed to be like that. When you get rejected by an American/ international company, they will send you a formal email explaining why. They would also allow you to share your feedback regarding the application. They will always keep you updated regarding the next screening process. You can ask for a follow up and they will surely reply. Kaya sana, yung mga bulok na practices inaalis na. Yung bad practices sa corporate world just show how mediocre most Filipinos are when it comes to work.
Kaya nga mabuti pa pagsabihan ka nila na failed ka dahil ganito ganyan tas kunting advice pra atleast ma boost yung confident mo. Hindi yung paasahin ka na Good dw tatawagan ka nlng. After ilang days dedma pag update mo failed ka pala. Tangina haha.
Hello po! I'm also a former CSR/TSR in Teleperformance Philippines. Naiintindihan kita Kuya. Actually, magaganda naman sana ang bawat BPO company, kasi maraming incentives. Ang problema po talaga eh yung MANAGEMENT. Minsan po kasi, NAPUPUNTA SA ITAAS yung mga di naman karapat-dapat na mapunta doon. Tapos madami sa kanila, power tripper. Porque mataas ang posisyon, paglalaruan nila kung sinong trip nila. Kung gusto ng mga BPO Company na maging successful sila, dapat talaga under surveillance ang management, Then fire all the incompetent nincompoops.

The initial interview with the recruitment staff was great very friendly hanggang sa tumawag ulit sila this time for the final interview na at account supervisor or kung ano mang position nya sa Tmob Account ang kausap ko napaka unprofessional nya ang offensive ng mga remarks nya at nagtatagalog pa napa isip tuloy ako kung itutuloy ko pa ba kasi the account is already toxic (wag magmaang maangan toxic ang Telco account) tapos toxic pa ang management so I disconnected the call feeling ata nya sila lang hiring eh tsaka logistics acc ang inapplyan ko biglang TMob sa final interview. Shoutout kay lolo na irate mag interview ng applicants sa ALORICA PAMPANGA.

i think you should not judge these companies based your "interview phase" my goodness. The recruitment is just the tip of the company. I will listen to you if you have stayed on these companies for a year or more to see the culture for each company. Your are not credible sir.
Ang alam ko pag sinabihan ka na we will call you eh subtle way yun ng hr para sabihin na u failed. Kasi kung pasado sasabihin na you will be endorsed to next final interview and u passed the initial interview. Kaya wag aasa pag sinabing kokontakin ka na lang ng hr atove on na agad sa next application.
Well my experience with CVG, AFNI and now TP, was great! I can say that whatever experiences you have had in the past reflects on how you do your job and how the way u show your attitude towards the people around you.. Hindi kasalanan ang maging mapag pakumbaba at pasensyoso, kc pag pinairal mo ung pagiging ma pride at balat sibuyas talagang you'll end up with a decision that will make you quit and look for another company. But we have differences in terms of our job experiences so I understand how u must be feeling about this.

alot of companies here in the Philippines, not only BPOs doesn't know how to appreciate their applicant's effort. kung hindi pumasa, might as well say it either through text or email. unfortunately, naging practice na ng mga HR practitioner na paghintayin mga applicants nila and maybe find out for themselves na bagsak sila. piece of advice, kapag sinabihan ka na tatawagan ka or itetext ka, better consider it as a hint na bumagsak ka. very often than not, it is always the case. kaya hanap na ng ibang maa applyan.
Possible uy. Meron ako kakilala na may experience, not just as an agent, naging employer din siya and TL sa isang bpo company. But yet, ghosted siya ng company. Hula ng kakilala ko is baka daw dahil sa overqualified. Merong mga companies na hindi tumatanggap ng overqualified due to their gut feeling na baka pag nakahanap ng mas magandang offer yung applicant eh aalis rin agad yun. Meron ngayon mga bpo company mas prefer ang newbie, kasi mataas ang chance mas tumagal magwork sa kanila.
yeah agree.. wala naman sya basis sa mga pinagsassbe nya. kaya hindi sya ffnal int kse waiting list lang sya kase weak sya at attitude. sa initial int di nya alam naccheck na ano klase applicant sya.

Quantrics Enterprises Inc. very generous company. Not working there anymore, i had the worst TL ever ( which came from Alorica) , but still the company have a very good culture and good management
This is the problem with BPOs. They have no unions. So, worker's welfare isn't looked after. I have my gripes on some BPO companies over one thing: some of them discriminate old applicants over their 40s.
Well, Yes and No. Interview wise intial to final , you will be hired if you pass all the exams, oral versant , taleo, etc, kahit matanda ka na. Like i was 53 years old when I get the job sa West Services Contact Solns na inacquire ni Alorica. Walang problema na hired po ako...mataas sahod nmin kasi West pa siya at Healthcare yong acct ko. Now, the problem was during the product training...i have no problem with exams bec always pass. Na bully ako ng team mate ko at nag sumbong sa isang trainor, hanggang pinagkaisahan na ako ng 1 tms, QA and traknors. They were pointing the posdibility that i might not come up with the clients requirements, kasi true naman po, we do not have computers in our time, so sa navigation ang problem ko. But God is good, there is 1 TL that vouch and convince the rest to give me a chance. I was endorsed to production aqnd on nesting, i did not pass my QA evaluation in the Philippines counterpart but I passed all the QA standards in U.S..3 trials. Bec of that i was like on a probationary but i was endorsed full pledge to production. By the way, my team mate who bullied me and reported to trainors and tm about weakness in navigation, SAD to say, he did not pass the QA from U.S report, he got only 75%, passing is 95%. But he pass the QA in the Philippines bec he befriended them. KARMA is real., so he was not endorsed to the production. I am already old but i would my work ethics is excellent, and I conscientious enough to try my best to hit the performance criteria. Kaya sana wag nilang i descriminate mga matatanda bec ma i aassure nmin yong work ethics nmin at seryoso sa pag tratrabaho, no kates, no absenteeism, and still we tried our very best to be one of top performers. One account I have with Alorica, i am proud to say tgat I was a consistent number 1 top performer for 6 months and thrice all across sites(U.S, Colombia, India, Philippines, etc). Kaya po wag nilang i discreminate mfa matatanda. Yon lang pi.

nope. I applied and worked at cvg. I was told na tatawagan ako after ng final. pag hindi ka pasado, may iaabot agad na letter sayo. ganun ka straight forward sa BPO unlike sa ibang industry na kapg sinabing tatawagan ka, bagsak ka na talaga.

I guess it is very simple when your interviewer tell you to wait for their call for your final interview it is not necessary mean you really have to wait for their call, dude its a simple strategy to tell you that you did not make it because they are too nice to not to offend you or hurt your feelings. Stop bad mouthing the company. Instead try to ask your self WHY I FAIL? Every company has its own standardard / criteria / requirement or whatever it is... hahaha

Pag job hunting I learned that kahit sabihin na tatawagan ka or expect a call mag apply ka pa rin ng mag apply sa iba. HR in Philippine madami discriminatory kahit entry level aapplyan mo.

got a message from teletech for job orientation but i decided to look for a company bc of how they handled the employee application. Tbh there wasnt a lot of applicants then but the first ones who were there were the last ones to be interviewed. We werent allowed to leave the company lobby even if we just wanted to go to the bathroom and they made us leave our stuff. >< Idk but the environment there seems pretty unprofessional. :)
Tbh, teletech is one of the best company. My husband used to work there. Siguro panget experience mo sa applucation mo pero once employee ka na, isa sa mga magandang company. May pake sa employee at generous

We all have different experiences in this company but whatever it is, its unfair to say that they are one of the worst company in the line of bpo. I've been in iqor and I'm happy to say na ok ang management, if it comes to TL's ganun tlga hindi pare pareho.
I've been with Convergys/ Concentix for 9 years and waiting for my retirement.. I will not stay with this company if they are not good employer.. do not put the blame to the whole company just because of some effin people whom you hate.. is not the whole company per se.

Nung nag apply ako dun, usual, pumasa sa interviews tsaka sa mock call, sinabi sakin na tatawagan ako for the schedule ng medical, so naghintay ako from days, weeks, tapos naging months na and wala pa din... Sa ABB ako nag apply and I'm from dasma so nasayang lang talaga pera at oras ko sa pabalik balik na wala silang ginawa
Walang perfect na company. Though yung company na pinapasukan ko ngayon is not included on your list, but at least you have to learn something from the companies na inapplyan mo before. Wag isisi palagi sa company, you should take time to reflect kung san ka may namiss o kung may kailangan ka pang i-improve sa ganitong part ng interview. Wag masamain kung ano man yung feedback nila sayo but instead take it as a lesson so that the next time you will apply again, you know what to do. I have failed many times. Pero kung gusto mo talaga yung trabahong ‘to ibibigay din sayo yan. Wag puro hate.
Lol, one day process naman most of the time sa mga bpo kaya matagal. You should be the one to adjust since you are the one looking for a job. Patience lang.
I applied alorica recently Ilocos Site tinawagan ako for interview sa mall malapit samin i texted them kung what floor or exact location they didn't text me back after the day ng inter view they texted me na need ko daw pumunta sa mismong site nila eh ang layo matagal ang byahe so hndi ko tinuloy mag apply
Alorica ang top 1 sakin na magandang company. Ang bilis nga ng naging process ng application ko dyan eh. Nag apply ako ng 5pm, umuwi ako na may J.O ako. Parang 4 to 5 hours lang yata tinagal ko sa recruitment hub. Mababait ang trainiers, hindi toxic ang paligid kasi di toxic mga tao doon. Kung hindi lang dahil health issue, di ako aalis dyan eh.
Based sa observations or sa mga nababasa ko sa ibang social media sites or sa ilang mga kakilala ko pagdating sa mga BPO most of time unang sinasabi na pinaka toxic is Alorica, bukod sa tagal ng hiring process na kahit 10:00am or before ka pa naka attend ng scheduled interview eh aabutin ka pa ng 1:00 AM or 24 to 30 hrs, isa pang nababasa ko sa mga comments eh di raw maayos yung mga trato ng management particularly sa production floor like sup, TL, etc, palagi ring kinocomment yung maliit magpa sahod. Based naman sa experience ko, naka encounter naman ako ng mga pasaway, batos, scammers at mga mahilig mang harass na mga headhunters at di ko rin gusto yung di ka pa hired eh hinihingian ka na ng referrals, medyo nakakabastos sya, naalala ko rin noon na kahit di ako nakapasa sa interview eh di pa rin ako pinalabas kasi di ako nag refer kahit di naman ako na hire
It's pretty obvious that you've been with a lot of call center sites and with these 5 sites that you tried you never got regularized or even hired? 😂 What makes you qualified enough to post a review? You're already expressing your thoughts here in vernacular and there are lots of lapses still, what more when you're already taking calls? 😂 btw, Convergys Northgate has great and respectful guards. The coaches and trainers are very skillful and helpful, they would definitely push you to your limits to be a better person and be qualified for a prosperous career in the future. They have the most conducive working environment. ❤ Incentives are rewarding as well 💞 The pay is always on time or earlier. The reason why they are always hiring is because CVG is expanding since they are getting more accounts and clients. Go get a life dude maybe you're not for this industry. 👊

Base sa experience ko walang problema ang foreign management. Lagi lang talaga nagkakatalo sa HR. Basta talaga may pilipino sa HR or management automatic yan mahhrapan kapwa pilipino. Sad reality. Mas nakaka intindi pa mga british management namin, approve lang sla sa requests namin pero laging nahaharang sa HR. Dami rason palagi. Ultimo health na ng agents naka salalay wala yan sla pake. Pati mga inside jobs at nakawan madalas involve dn HR samin. Sila talaga ang problema.

Ako swerte ko sa concentrix napasa ko initial interview but unfortunately diko na pasa yung final interview then after a week mag text na pasado na daw ako sa final interview kasi nilipat ako sa ibang acc na sa tingin nila kaya ko naman i handle base sa sagutan ko sa final interview ang bait nila
sa alorica pinapunta ako ng site para mag exam ng languatest and CBT nag fail daw ako sa languatest so pinag enroll ako sa 4 day training 8 hrs a day, kapag nakapasa sa training tsaka ka palang qualified mag retake ng languatest. so ayun naipasa ko training and inendorse ako pabalil sa site, personally? nadalian ako sa exam napakadami samin ibinagsak. kahit yung ibang magagaling. tapos yung mga hindi pumasa sa training pinabalik padin nila sa site and pinag exam, tapos sila pa ang nakapasa? dba? napaka unfair? napakawalang kwenta? nag eentertain sila ng initial interview para sa mga walk in applicants, tapos yung final interview through phone. pano mo maiibtindihan ng maayos yung mga sinasabi. wala talagang kwenta. ang unfair.

Teletech.. yung auntie ko galing jan and no problem na mn daw sapagkaka alam ko lng is yung problema is yung TL nila.. for thw CNX also known as CVG naka experience na aku sa kanila. Here in Cebu yung mga TL are so competetive dahilan para ma presure talaga yung mga agents, Well presure na mn talaga pagiging agent pro mas pinepresure talaga nila yung mga agent. Pro so far sa CNX the benifits, incentives, and specially the pay which is every other friday is really damn good.. yung sa experience mo about sa TL mo.. TL mo yung problema, hindi yung company.
ang panget ng content mo kuya, ako po ay walang experience sa bpo company pero sa nakikita ko hindi po ung company ang dapat na minemention mo kundi ung mga tao na nasa loob ng company. before mo po murahin ang mga company na yan, isipin mpo kung walang naiambag sa buhay mo ung mga company na yan.

With regards with your experience with CVG dapat pina DOLE mo lalo na yung sale mo na di ibibigay. that's very wrong. ADVICE lang kuya the companies that you mentioned are not the worst. dapat pinalitan mo yung title. its either "Companies na di ako nakapasa" or "Companies na di naghihire ng bubugokbugok" Char! peace ^-^v
My experience with Convergys was great until it was acquired by Synnex. No salary disputes and all. I guess it’s not about the company, it’s about the management of a branch. I have been with CVG for 4 grateful years. Sa CVG din ako naging Team Leader.
I dont think it follows..Perhaps that is your case...With Alorica in one day... I got initial follow-up and final interview.... After 2 weeks I got congratulatory remarks... Then that was dec22 1am and sked for med chkup... After the holidays when i was able to come up with my reqts... Then i started 2nd week zoom mtg one week then d ff week at the site already.... i can hear the people in the locker area, then they were dscussiing more than P35 to P75K... for d payday
tbh fresher ako pero lahat ng inapplyan ko tanggap ako bro mostly 1 day process lang talaga. Kung di ka tinawagan expect mo ng di ka pumasa hahaha. Saka may experience kana pero bat laging hanggang initial interview kalang.

Yung application nya sa Genpact personal issues ang problema sa kanyang team leader. No perfect companies lahat may pros and cons. Yan experiences mo maybe you have an attitude problem specially sa convergys/Concentrix I don't believe na maganda performance mo and yet sinabi mo eh walang ginawang maganda ang company. I don't have any BPO experience am working in manufacturing industries for more than 20 years, I was once an HR supervisor I interviewed applicants also and base sa mga nasabi mo kung ako mag interview sayo babagsak ka talaga sa akin kahit hindi mo pa banggitin yan mga nasabi mo during interview malalaman ko na may attitude problem ka. The title itself Bash the Basher alam na. A piece of advice, once na mag apply ka wag mo tinggnan ang kakulangan ng company and yet meron din naman maganda sa kanila na wala sa iba. Bata ka pa just continue to grow and strengthen your knowledge patunayan mo muna ang kakayanan mo.

I’ve been with American companies in the past and nung first time, na culture shock talaga ako. SUPER PROFESSIONAL. Dito kasi sa Pinas, tanggap lang tayo ng tanggap, endure lang sa paghihirap. Pag sinabing “tatawagan na lang kita” alam na naten na wala na pagasa, or paghihintayin ng matagal tapos iisipin na ten na “patience is the key” when in reality, it’s not supposed to be like that. When you get rejected by an American/ international company, they will send you a formal email explaining why. They would also allow you to share your feedback regarding the application. They will always keep you updated regarding the next screening process. You can ask for a follow up and they will surely reply. Kaya sana, yung mga bulok na practices inaalis na. Yung bad practices sa corporate world just show how mediocre most Filipinos are when it comes to work.

Ang problema po talaga eh yung MANAGEMENT. Minsan po kasi, NAPUPUNTA SA ITAAS yung mga di naman karapat-dapat na mapunta doon. Tapos madami sa kanila, power tripper. Porque mataas ang posisyon, paglalaruan nila kung sinong trip nila. Kung gusto ng mga BPO Company na maging successful sila, dapat talaga under surveillance ang management, Then fire all the incompetent nincompoops.

The initial interview with the recruitment staff was great very friendly hanggang sa tumawag ulit sila this time for the final interview na at account supervisor or kung ano mang position nya sa Tmob Account ang kausap ko napaka unprofessional nya ang offensive ng mga remarks nya at nagtatagalog pa napa isip tuloy ako kung itutuloy ko pa ba kasi the account is already toxic (wag magmaang maangan toxic ang Telco account) tapos toxic pa ang management so I disconnected the call feeling ata nya sila lang hiring eh tsaka logistics acc ang inapplyan ko biglang TMob sa final interview. Shoutout kay lolo na irate mag interview ng applicants sa ALORICA PAMPANGA.

i think you should not judge these companies based your "interview phase" my goodness. The recruitment is just the tip of the company. I will listen to you if you have stayed on these companies for a year or more to see the culture for each company. Your are not credible sir.

Ang alam ko pag sinabihan ka na we will call you eh subtle way yun ng hr para sabihin na u failed. Kasi kung pasado sasabihin na you will be endorsed to next final interview and u passed the initial interview. Well my experience with CVG, AFNI and now TP, was great! I can say that whatever experiences you have had in the past reflects on how you do your job and how the way u show your attitude towards the people around you.. Hindi kasalanan ang maging mapag pakumbaba at pasensyoso, kc pag pinairal mo ung pagiging ma pride at balat sibuyas talagang you'll end up with a decision that will make you quit and look for another company. But we have differences in terms of our job experiences so I understand how u must be feeling about this.

alot of companies here in the Philippines, not only BPOs doesn't know how to appreciate their applicant's effort. kung hindi pumasa, might as well say it either through text or email. unfortunately, naging practice na ng mga HR practitioner na paghintayin mga applicants nila and maybe find out for themselves na bagsak sila. piece of advice, kapag sinabihan ka na tatawagan ka or itetext ka, better consider it as a hint na bumagsak ka. very often than not, it is always the case. kaya hanap na ng ibang maa applyan.

Possible uy. Meron ako kakilala na may experience, not just as an agent, naging employer din siya and TL sa isang bpo company. But yet, ghosted siya ng company. Hula ng kakilala ko is baka daw dahil sa overqualified. Merong mga companies na hindi tumatanggap ng overqualified due to their gut feeling na baka pag nakahanap ng mas magandang offer yung applicant eh aalis rin agad yun. Meron ngayon mga bpo company mas prefer ang newbie, kasi mataas ang chance mas tumagal magwork sa kanila.

I have my gripes on some BPO companies over one thing: some of them discriminate old applicants over their 40s.
Well, Yes and No. Interview wise intial to final , you will be hired if you pass all the exams, oral versant , taleo, etc, kahit matanda ka na. Like i was 53 years old when I get the job sa West Services Contact Solns na inacquire ni Alorica. Walang problema na hired po ako...mataas sahod nmin kasi West pa siya at Healthcare yong acct ko. Now, the problem was during the product training...i have no problem with exams bec always pass. Na bully ako ng team mate ko at nag sumbong sa isang trainor, hanggang pinagkaisahan na ako ng 1 tms, QA and traknors. They were pointing the posdibility that i might not come up with the clients requirements, kasi true naman po, we do not have computers in our time, so sa navigation ang problem ko. But God is good, there is 1 TL that vouch and convince the rest to give me a chance. I was endorsed to production aqnd on nesting, i did not pass my QA evaluation in the Philippines counterpart but I passed all the QA standards in U.S..3 trials. Bec of that i was like on a probationary but i was endorsed full pledge to production. By the way, my team mate who bullied me and reported to trainors and tm about weakness in navigation, SAD to say, he did not pass the QA from U.S report, he got only 75%, passing is 95%. But he pass the QA in the Philippines bec he befriended them. KARMA is real., so he was not endorsed to the production. I am already old but i would my work ethics is excellent, and I conscientious enough to try my best to hit the performance criteria. Kaya sana wag nilang i descriminate mga matatanda bec ma i aassure nmin yong work ethics nmin at seryoso sa pag tratrabaho, no kates, no absenteeism, and still we tried our very best to be one of top performers. One account I have with Alorica, i am proud to say tgat I was a consistent number 1 top performer for 6 months and thrice all across sites(U.S, Colombia, India, Philippines, etc). Kaya po wag nilang i discreminate mfa matatanda. Yon lang pi.

I guess it is very simple when your interviewer tell you to wait for their call for your final interview it is not necessary mean you really have to wait for their call, dude its a simple strategy to tell you that you did not make it because they are too nice to not to offend you or hurt your feelings. got a message from teletech for job orientation but i decided to look for a company bc of how they handled the employee application. Tbh there wasnt a lot of applicants then but the first ones who were there were the last ones to be interviewed. We werent allowed to leave the company lobby even if we just wanted to go to the bathroom and they made us leave our stuff. >< Idk but the environment there seems pretty unprofessional. :)

Walang perfect na company. Though yung company na pinapasukan ko ngayon is not included on your list, but at least you have to learn something from the companies na inapplyan mo before. Wag isisi palagi sa company, you should take time to reflect kung san ka may namiss o kung may kailangan ka pang i-improve sa ganitong part ng interview. Wag masamain kung ano man yung feedback nila sayo but instead take it as a lesson so that the next time you will apply again, you know what to do. I have failed many times. Pero kung gusto mo talaga yung trabahong ‘to ibibigay din sayo yan. Wag puro hate.

I applied alorica recently Ilocos Site tinawagan ako for interview sa mall malapit samin i texted them kung what floor or exact location they didn't text me back after the day ng inter view they texted me na need ko daw pumunta sa mismong site nila eh ang layo matagal ang byahe so hndi ko tinuloy mag apply
Alorica ang top 1 sakin na magandang company. Ang bilis nga ng naging process ng application ko dyan eh. Nag apply ako ng 5pm, umuwi ako na may J.O ako. Parang 4 to 5 hours lang yata tinagal ko sa recruitment hub. Mababait ang trainiers, hindi toxic ang paligid kasi di toxic mga tao doon. Kung hindi lang dahil health issue, di ako aalis dyan eh.

Based sa observations or sa mga nababasa ko sa ibang social media sites or sa ilang mga kakilala ko pagdating sa mga BPO most of time unang sinasabi na pinaka toxic is Alorica, bukod sa tagal ng hiring process na kahit 10:00am or before ka pa naka attend ng scheduled interview eh aabutin ka pa ng 1:00 AM or 24 to 30 hrs, isa pang nababasa ko sa mga comments eh di raw maayos yung mga trato ng management particularly sa production floor like sup, TL, etc, palagi ring kinocomment yung maliit magpa sahod.
Based naman sa experience ko, naka encounter naman ako ng mga pasaway, batos, scammers at mga mahilig mang harass na mga headhunters at di ko rin gusto yung di ka pa hired eh hinihingian ka na ng referrals, medyo nakakabastos sya, naalala ko rin noon na kahit di ako nakapasa sa interview eh di pa rin ako pinalabas kasi di ako nag refer kahit di naman ako na hire
It's pretty obvious that you've been with a lot of call center sites and with these 5 sites that you tried you never got regularized or even hired? 😂 What makes you qualified enough to post a review? You're already expressing your thoughts here in vernacular and there are lots of lapses still, what more when you're already taking calls? 😂 btw, Convergys Northgate has great and respectful guards. The coaches and trainers are very skillful and helpful, they would definitely push you to your limits to be a better person and be qualified for a prosperous career in the future. They have the most conducive working environment. ❤ Incentives are rewarding as well 💞 The pay is always on time or earlier. The reason why they are always hiring is because CVG is expanding since they are getting more accounts and clients. Go get a life dude maybe you're not for this industry. 👊

same sinama yung alorica kase di natangap haha pwede bang mataas lang standard nila diba pros yun. ive been with cvg, sitel, iqor and noe alorica and alorica ang pinaka mataas ang standard doesnt mean it sucks. just that sinsala talaga nila and enjoy naman magwork don sa sitel lang the best kase may paremembrance pa yung kateamamte ko na girl hahahha shoutout

Base sa experience ko walang problema ang foreign management. Lagi lang talaga nagkakatalo sa HR. Basta talaga may pilipino sa HR or management automatic yan mahhrapan kapwa pilipino. Sad reality. Mas nakaka intindi pa mga british management namin, approve lang sla sa requests namin pero laging nahaharang sa HR. Dami rason palagi. Ultimo health na ng agents naka salalay wala yan sla pake. Pati mga inside jobs at nakawan madalas involve dn HR samin. Sila talaga ang problema.

sana kase yung mga bpo companies eh ang mga dapat hinahire dyan eh yung mga college graduate na related sa mga computer. well. kanya kanya nmang skills yan.as proud pa mga ako sa mga hopper darling. ang mga hopper mas madiskarte. sa mga tenure ok nagtagal nga sa kompanya pero naka stick lng sila duun. parang relasyon. walang forever

Ako swerte ko sa concentrix napasa ko initial interview but unfortunately diko na pasa yung final interview then after a week mag text na pasado na daw ako sa final interview kasi nilipat ako sa ibang acc na sa tingin nila kaya ko naman i handle base sa sagutan ko sa final interview ang bait nila

sa alorica pinapunta ako ng site para mag exam ng languatest and CBT nag fail daw ako sa languatest so pinag enroll ako sa 4 day training 8 hrs a day, kapag nakapasa sa training tsaka ka palang qualified mag retake ng languatest. so ayun naipasa ko training and inendorse ako pabalil sa site, personally? nadalian ako sa exam napakadami samin ibinagsak. kahit yung ibang magagaling. tapos yung mga hindi pumasa sa training pinabalik padin nila sa site and pinag exam, tapos sila pa ang nakapasa? dba? napaka unfair? napakawalang kwenta? nag eentertain sila ng initial interview para sa mga walk in applicants, tapos yung final interview through phone. pano mo maiibtindihan ng maayos yung mga sinasabi. wala talagang kwenta. ang unfair.

Teletech.. yung auntie ko galing jan and no problem na mn daw sapagkaka alam ko lng is yung problema is yung TL nila.. for thw CNX also known as CVG naka experience na aku sa kanila. Here in Cebu yung mga TL are so competetive dahilan para ma presure talaga yung mga agents, Well presure na mn talaga pagiging agent pro mas pinepresure talaga nila yung mga agent. Pro so far sa CNX the benifits, incentives, and specially the pay which is every other friday is really damn good.. yung sa experience mo about sa TL mo.. TL mo yung problema, hindi yung company.
ang panget ng content mo kuya, ako po ay walang experience sa bpo company pero sa nakikita ko hindi po ung company ang dapat na minemention mo kundi ung mga tao na nasa loob ng company.

late is late kahit 1min pa yan. Also ang back pay 90 days talaga. 3 months yun kuya. I've been with CVG and Teletech 1 day process lang jan. With regards with your experience with CVG dapat pina DOLE mo lalo na yung sale mo na di ibibigay. that's very wrong. ADVICE lang kuya the companies that you mentioned are not the worst. dapat pinalitan mo yung title. its either "Companies na di ako nakapasa" or "Companies na di naghihire ng bubugokbugok" Char! peace ^-^v
My experience with Convergys was great until it was acquired by Synnex. No salary disputes and all. I guess it’s not about the company, it’s about the management of a branch. I have been with CVG for 4 grateful years. Sa CVG din ako naging Team Leader.

I dont think it follows..Perhaps that is your case...With Alorica in one day... I got initial follow-up and final interview.... After 2 weeks I got congratulatory remarks... Then that was dec22 1am and sked for med chkup... After the holidays when i was able to come up with my reqts... Then i started 2nd week zoom mtg one week then d ff week at the site already.... i can hear the people in the locker area, then they were dscussiing more than P35 to P75K... for d payday
tbh fresher ako pero lahat ng inapplyan ko tanggap ako bro mostly 1 day process lang talaga. Kung di ka tinawagan expect mo ng di ka pumasa hahaha. Saka may experience kana pero bat laging hanggang initial interview kalang.

Mas importante at malaking bagay ang pag sagot ng maayos sa isang interview dahil dto nila nasusubukan ang comprehension ng isang aplikante. kung anong tanong be precise and consistent. plus as touch of self confidence for you to express yourself and make the conversation smooth mas effective kung daanin mo lang sa casual ang paguusap and lastly choose the correct words dapat malawak ang thought organization mo.. okay yung blog mo kaso tlga dude sadyang hindi mo lang alam ang mga basic sa isang interview .. sa tingin mo kung tlgang qualified ka ndi ka nila tatanggapin? kaya kung ako sayo tigilan mo na mga kalokohan mo kase kung walang BPO dto sa pinas baka isa nakong kriminal sa kawalan ng isang trabaho..

Yung application nya sa Genpact personal issues ang problema sa kanyang team leader. No perfect companies lahat may pros and cons. Yan experiences mo maybe you have an attitude problem specially sa convergys/Concentrix I don't believe na maganda performance mo and yet sinabi mo eh walang ginawang maganda ang company. I don't have any BPO experience am working in manufacturing industries for more than 20 years, I was once an HR supervisor I interviewed applicants also and base sa mga nasabi mo kung ako mag interview sayo babagsak ka talaga sa akin kahit hindi mo pa banggitin yan mga nasabi mo during interview malalaman ko na may attitude problem ka. The title itself Bash the Basher alam na. A piece of advice, once na mag apply ka wag mo tinggnan ang kakulangan ng company and yet meron din naman maganda sa kanila na wala sa iba. Bata ka pa just continue to grow and strengthen your knowledge patunayan mo muna ang kakayanan mo.
