Of course, the purpose of outsourcing is to maximize profit. It always boils down to MONEY. Companies who demand first class service need to be willing to pay a decent salary for Customer Service Reps. Just praising them won't improve their standard of living. Pretty sad.

Taray ni TP at ALLORICA nasa Top BPO, I heard a lot of reviews like delayed magpasahod etc at pang minimum wage ang pasweldo halos same ni TTEC, hahaha.,buti nalang yung package ko way back TTEC days acceptable for starters, Good thing kay TTEC never na delay ang payroll at walang dispute unlike others at makatao kahit papano
Alorica only paid me 12k a month here in Davao City. I was there for 3 years. I should have left in a year and pursued freelancing. Naka bili na sana ako ng bahay at lupa ngayon at kotse.
Amazon po, sa may bandang MOA. Walang interview, assessment lang. Kaso matagal maghintay ng tawag. Pero pag na-hire, almost 30k ang sahod. Sa kuya ko po 28k.
Been in Accenture for a very short time but the salary and the signing bonus is amazing the best of the best no half half like they will give you the whole amount mentioned in signing bonus

Now Binabarat masyado ng nga BPO companies ang mga aplikante..Napakahirap kayang mag grave yard shift at mag CSR. May 12.5 basic o 14k naku .dapat 20k minimum basic. Sila lang kumikita.
This list is bola bola. Why? The pay sucks at all of these companies and who cares about anything els. Thee turnover is 100, so it's clear the staff doesn't care about any of the smoke and mirrors that these big corps offer. Lastly, AI will end 90% of the companies. If you want real pay and a great company, Ameritel BPO is the #1

BPO companies in the provinces pays just a little more than the average Minimum wage in the capital and you had to work the same capacity as those in the Capital. Though to be fair, at least there's a job.

You didn't even mention Optum Global Solutions (United Healthcare) which is at the top 10 S&P 500. You really don't have any idea what you are talking about.

TTEC has an office in Iloilo. In fact, it was opened first than Dumaguete. Moreover, Concentrix is also in Iloilo. 😁☺️

BPO is just for short-time jobs. The salary is so small it's like working in a corporate setting with a minimum salary.

depende yan level of communication mo, ako first time sa BPO walang experience starting ko more than 20k not to mention the company

Teleperformance is like the worst and makes this list so invalid. It has such a shitty management and low as fuck salary compared to other BPOs.
The iSupportWorldwide , EMAPTA , and TDCX should also be considered as one of the Best BPO Companies in the Philippines.
