Thank you Kseny, this practice was so very good for my stiff shoulders this morning. Getting my back moving certainly helped with all my mornings stiffness.
What exercises would you recommend for someone who fell hard on their knee-caps (4 times) and is left with poor blood circulation in the knees (they're regularly cold to the touch)?
Warm up the hands first then massage the knees 36 times one way and 36 times the other way (while seated). Have you tried this routine? ua-cam.com/video/ZFIE1qzWNRA/v-deo.html
