Practicing this routine helped alleviate tensions in my upper body after lots of heavy carrying and demanding physical movement- also alleviated tensions in my mind too! thank u for sharing this routine Kseny :)
And now I have discovered your stuff! I have been doing some other qi gong instructors, but recently I developed a spasm in my mid-back and my other routines weren't relieving it. This did help some last night so I've just done it again today. Thanks so much! I have already shared it with some people. It's great.

What exercises would you recommend for someone who fell hard on their knee-caps (4 times) and is left with poor blood circulation in the knees (they're regularly cold to the touch)?
