    Hey Kseny~ That was fab! I've been having a lot of trouble with my back and hips so standing has been a problem for me. I did this sitting down, and it was great! Thank you for everything!

    Practicing this routine helped alleviate tensions in my upper body after lots of heavy carrying and demanding physical movement- also alleviated tensions in my mind too! thank u for sharing this routine Kseny :)

    And now I have discovered your stuff! I have been doing some other qi gong instructors, but recently I developed a spasm in my mid-back and my other routines weren't relieving it. This did help some last night so I've just done it again today. Thanks so much! I have already shared it with some people. It's great.

    What exercises would you recommend for someone who fell hard on their knee-caps (4 times) and is left with poor blood circulation in the knees (they're regularly cold to the touch)?
