@@thepedalpicassos so far so good and it exceeded my expectations. "Church" setting is probably my favorite. Right now I have Zoom G1x Four and I'll try to compare its reverb to Ammoon Pockverb and if it wins, I'll probably sell my Ammoon and then regret it later haha. As a standalone reverb it's good. The delay is great as well, though it's such a pain in the ass to switch from reverb to delay mid set.
I bought this pedal based on this video. For those who might consider doing the same, I’d like to offer my two cents: this is an inexpensive pedal so I’d consider it a cost effective solution if you don’t use both functions extensively and want the space and cost savings. That said, the space saving isn’t that great as this is much bigger pedal than you may perceive. At least I did, thinking it was a MXR sized enclosure. The sound quality, to me, is not bad, but certainly not high end. Mind you, I’m an average player, so I can only make a product sound as it is, perhaps even a little bit worse. LOL. Last thing is the design and build quality - it’s what you should expect from a product at this price range. It’s pretty plain to look at and it’s plasticity. In all, it’s a little disappointing, and I feel I’d rather get two mini pedals such as the HOF and Flashback Minis.
Those 2 pedals together Cost about 4 times as much. And when you put them side by side on your board they take up just as much room when you factor in the cables. I would rather buy the Ammoon and have all that money left over for other pedals.
@@mobizoid8261 Same. Also, I used to work in a music store and handle expensive display pedals all the time. The build quality of my Ammoon stereo looper, which appears to be a copy of the EHX 720 looper, is easily on par with MXR, Strymon, EHX, etc. and is a step above the cheaper mini pedals I have. I highly doubt the Pockverb could be any cheaper feeling than that one.
@@thepedalpicassos I dunno, forty nine possible combinations think maybe you missed a trick. Anywho, I bought this today and the "shimmer" in the hall and church settings you had were a large part of making me confident in that. Who sells them for $75?
Hi mate! This video is 2 years old now… they used to be cheap… like… REALLY cheap!
Here’s a cheap one! m.aliexpress.com/item/4001112100094.html?_randl_currency=AUD&_randl_shipto=AU&src=google&memo1=freelisting&gbraid=0AAAAAD6I-hEGAAXJcmvfJf8uyoqfG_AwX&src=google&albch=shopping&acnt=708-803-3821&slnk=&plac=&mtctp=&albbt=Google_7_shopping&albagn=888888&isSmbAutoCall=false&needSmbHouyi=false&albcp=11482541945&albag=112620152352&trgt=294682000766&crea=en4001112100094&netw=u&device=m&albpg=294682000766&albpd=en4001112100094&gbraid=0AAAAAD6I-hEGAAXJcmvfJf8uyoqfG_AwX&gclid=Cj0KCQiAuvOPBhDXARIsAKzLQ8FdBpPLTx0QY5RmGq-lUJO2-M289UQwc0JehdUzguOFtJVpH8pyh-saAk2dEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds&aff_fcid=eeccc8d7ed4c4e849ba0762f99381f73-1644046727948-08589-UneMJZVf&aff_fsk=UneMJZVf&aff_platform=aaf&sk=UneMJZVf&aff_trace_key=eeccc8d7ed4c4e849ba0762f99381f73-1644046727948-08589-UneMJZVf&terminal_id=4fa97f1b6be0414cbf09d523353916f7
@@thepedalpicassos thanks mate
I have a katana I probably don’t really need it anyway 😆
Хороший ревер, взял себе такой.
Привет друг! Я использую Google Translate для ответа на ваш комментарий! Я надеюсь это имеет смысл. Я очень рад, что вам понравилась педаль! Надеюсь, вам понравится!
Any shoegazer watching this ???
Its a great pedal for shoegaze, very versatile
I prefer crotch gazing.
Easy, tiger!
put some deep distortion into it boys...
I would… but we made this video about three years ago, and we don’t have any more! We borrowed it off a mate!
What???.... i just bought, Neunaber immerse reverberator MK II, that sounds just more like this pedal.. for 359 $.. darn it..!!
Saw YOU coming!
I got this pedal for 1 dollar today.
Bloody bargain! I’ll give you $2 for it!
@@thepedalpicassos I was surprised when I found it, looks like it runs for 60 bucks on reverb, i got pretty lucky lol
Pedal foda demais
$75?? I've bought mine for only $37 brand new. One of my best investments so far.
How good are they??!!
China rule the world 😅🤘🏻
China copy the World 😅. But good
the review is incomplete, the best part you didn't...
read the manual and learn how to use reverb + delay together
Come on Alex!!! We showed you the sounds... I’m pretty sure you can work out how they all sound mixed together!!!
Ok .... but only the best part was missing. Maybe another youtuber puts
@@thepedalpicassos I dunno, forty nine possible combinations think maybe you missed a trick. Anywho, I bought this today and the "shimmer" in the hall and church settings you had were a large part of making me confident in that. Other videos didn't have the decay cranked on those and so the shimmer didn't shimmy. Thanks for the demo I'm thrilled at the ambient possibilities of this pedal.
@@dontpickonme its a great pedal for the price! I was amazed at the quality of the sounds! i hope you have as much fun with it as we did!!!
I've read here when I got mine. It's really required
Lots of useless outer space sounds… but can it sound like the reverb tank on a Fender amp? You know, just “regular” amp reverb??
Yes! It does emulate a spring reverb, like the reverb tank on a Fender amp. As well as lots of useless outer space sounds.
@@thepedalpicassos Thanks for your reply! 😀
45USD ! unbelievable.
so...so.... cheap!!!!
