Thank you for saying after 3 days you don’t run to the fridge anymore. I feel the exact same way and at times it’s gets discouraging. Hearing you say that gave me comfort because I prefer as fresh as possible too! Getting 3 days of meal prep done and sticking to it will be an accomplishment for me. It’s definitely a start!
I put vinegar in a spray bottle, about little under half, then fill with water. I use this for cleaning fruits, vegetables, and my meat! Very convenient. 😊

I’ve hit several stalls and reverted back to some of my old eating habits recently but I’m looking to get back, curb these cravings and take my goals to the next level. I love cabbage and that looks good! I admire your ability to stay on the path of meal prep, watching your weight, etc. because personally, I had to take a step back and just simply eat less. It became so consuming, weighing myself all the time, counting calories, knowing the point totals of many many foods, etc. it became too much. It was my total focus. what I was eating , how many calories, should I be eating this, or that. It was pretty much an obsession. Couldn’t keep living like that? Can anyone relate to what I’m saying?🤷🏾♀️
I finally got a chance to make the egg roll in a bowl recipe and - oh my goodness - it was SO GOOD!!!!!! Girl, I’m going to prefer this over some Chinese take out in the future even. And so easy to make!! Thank you for sharing!!

I use to make it doing keto. But ill be going back to it and using a little spice too. Love the whole meal prep. Thanks for taking time to show us!
I made this and with a twist. I used Panda Express Sesame and honey sauce and it was delicious! Tasted like Teriyaki ramen vegetable broth with cabbage. I will be making it again

The tuna lunches looked great , I chop up celery and put it in my tuna it gives it a nice crunch and you can’t taste the celery , you should try that .
