Thanks, you just saved me a big head ache. Forgot the shaft for those 2 inners wheels could come out. I took more apart then I needed. Hopefully the shaft in mine comes apart ok, it was used and was sitting for quite a long time and not greased. Great video, was helpful. Cheers from Ontario Canada!
Good video,, a tip for you if you like, when tightening or lostening the track, it helps to losten the bolts on the rear bogies a little it will help the rear axle to slide more freely.. those bolts and bushings pinch together.. lostening them will make adjusting the track much easier and won't wear out the aluminum rails
The rear bogey wheel bolt is the locknut for track tension. Should loosen them first before adjusting track tension. Those bushing can get from Motion Industries for $3 a piece. Some Arctic cat sites tell u Garlock part numbers next to AC part number . Front suspension bushing part numbers are 12DU12 or 10DU12
I got it from Tracks USA, Here is the link. I got the Ripsaw II Option and have been happy with it! shop.tracksusa.com/productdetail.htm?productId=-439528
