This one takes pride of place among the most challenging full body workouts with medium weights I've ever done till date. Some of the moves (Crab with weights!) were a first for me. Happy to have completed the entire session. Thank you for continuing to push us with every workout Kathrin 🙏
OMG!😲 This really was INTENSE!🥵 Strength, Coordination, Endurance.. with weights = the REAL deal Total Body Crusher... I seriously had to change shirt mid way coz I was sweating buckets!💦 and loving every second of it. I must admit the half kneeling portions and the plank/bear/toe tap was a total core and balancing segment! This is one for the books! honestly, this workout is really killing me😂 Thank you Kathrin, since following your program and I have lost around 19kg 😊 started from 92.5kg in July 2023 now in mid February I'm reaching 73 kg😊 still have 10 kg to go to reach my ideal weight. Obwohl ich ehrlich gesagt, nicht gedacht habe, dass ich dieses Workout so durchziehen kann, aber ich weiß ja, dass ich ja immer wieder Gewicht reduzieren oder Jumps weglassen kann, aber am Ende musste ich nur bei den letzten Man Makers in die Knie gehen und ich hab sicher ein paar Snow Angels weniger als du gemacht, aber ich konnte das ganze Workout mit 5kg Hanteln durchziehen. Vor einem Jahr hätte ich das nicht für möglich gehalten, aber heute weiß ich, dass ich mehr kann, als ich oft denke. Und trau ich mir dank dir immer mehr zu. Danke, danke, danke 💖💖💖

That was intense! I used 12, 10 & 5lb.weights but dropped to body weight for a few exercises. That finisher was no joke. Good stuff!!❤

For me some new compound exercises and I love it 💪🏼 Certainly combined with 5kg dumbells, 5kg weighted vest and 1kg per ankle weights ❤
