This is a cool video, but I thought dashi (fish stock) is not vegetarian.

as she said you can use kombu (seaweed) dashi ^^

Thank you! And yes exactly, regular dashi has fish in it so be sure to get kombu dashi if you want the vegetarian version 🤗
