This is a good example of an evergreen video and probably one of your highest view counts. You should record another of these BUT make sure you talk through each of the other wrong answers on every question to fully flesh out the concepts. That will teach much more effectively.

I remember in 2007 when I was working in real estate seeing people buy homes new from builders with the intention of selling before close of escrow to a new buyer for profit. The crash was so brutal and fast that I remember seeing a lot of these units foreclosed on with the builder plastic still on the carpet.

Most people find it difficult to handle a fall since they are used to bull markets, but if you know where to look and how to maneuver, you can make a size-able profit. Depending on how you intend to enter and exit, yes.

I took my state exam today and passed!!!!!!! To all the listeners getting ready to take the test. Understand the reason more than the question and answer. It will take you a long way. I went to a different school for the course work but listening to all these videos over and over and over really helped me get it. The test fully tries to trick you. @Clareau everything was compiled on one long screen. The questions are created to throw you off, but if you study the vocabulary, you will be able to decipher what's being asked. Skip the ones you don't know to give yourself time, then go back to the question. I took it inside a large office building. The last word of advice is to walk in with confidence that you will pass because you will.

At the very least, I now grasp the concept of leverage.
Creating wealth and financial freedom isn't as tough as many people believe. Building wealth and remaining financially stable indefinitely is a lot easier with the appropriate information. Participating in financial programs and products is the only true approach to make a high income and remain affluent indefinitely.

Most people simply enter the foreign exchange market without comprehending matters like this.
The first stage in building money is determining your goals and risk tolerance, which you may do on your own or with the assistance of a financial counselor who works with a verified Finance agency. And also you can learn the facts about saving and investing and create a clear plan, you should be able to acquire financial security over time and enjov the benefits of income management.

That is why I work with John Desmond Heppolette, who introduced me to a better Financial community, a verified agency where I learned how money works and how to create it, as well as free books, courses, and daily lectures. You also get to meet new people, which was the best decision I ever made.

You are correct! Working with a financial advisor who has worked in a solid financial firm for a long time, such as John will actually set you up for success in life. I'm delighted I was able to reach out to "John Desmond Heppolette" earlier this year because while others were grumbling about the downturn in the markets due to the state of the economy, I was busy learning from him and eventually made over seven figures in the first quarter alone, which is why it's always good to join the correct community.

Took my State Test this past week and passed on my first try. I was making study guides and attempting to study the old fashioned way and didn't feel like it was an effective strategy. The practice exam part on Prep Agent was def. the deciding factor in passing. Taking the practice exams everyday allowed me to get a better understanding of the type of questions that were on the test. I don't feel like I would've passed without it. Thanks again

Thank you, Prep Agent! Today I passed my CA Broker Exam, and this video (as well as few others) plus John Henderson’s broker prep book made up my prep material. Thought I’d post my experiences and tips in case it helps someone else...
    1. In watching the videos, take a screenshot for question and use as flash cards later.
    2. Take as many practice exams as possible. After grading, study your wrong questions and responses. Later test yourself again.
    3. CA Broker test had many more agency/disclosure questions than anticipated. Lots of scenarios thrown at you so be fluid in your understanding.
    4. Assume no less than 40 hours of prep. It’s a wide array of material so budget time accordingly!
    5. Stay positive and believe your preparation!
    Good luck!!!

I took my CA real estate exam for the first time last Monday (1/24/22) and passed! THANK YOU Prep Agent Joe for your videos, they are so helpful. I literally watched your videos for the two weeks leading into my exam. Advice that I would give is to also study the material in your real estate books, not just these videos. Like someone else said, understand the reason, not just the definitions. These videos were a HUGE help in my understanding of certain terms and concepts. Joe always makes things so much easier than what they seem to be. The way I did it: Studied my real estate books and then anything I didn't understand I went to Prep Agent for additional clarification. The practice questions were helpful too, but like Joe suggested, I did not look at practice questions in the couple days before my exam so to not confuse myself with answers. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I pretty much ONLY used your program to pass today. The test was not easy by an means. The questions have very tricky wording but if you know the vocab you’ll be fine. Thanks Joe, I feel like this exam is preparing us to truly understand how to carefully read through documents and verify details as well as sharpening our attentiveness. In today's distracted world, everything is hard until you really just give it 99.99% focus. At that point, the question dissects itself to remove any extraneous info and the true question and answer are apparent. It's just another Critical Reading Assessment like the ones in school and in college entrance exams. You may have sucked at it before, but now you're an adult empowered with the experience of a hard life. Make it easier on yourself and FOCUS!

I passed today in Los Angeles !!! In the parking garage I said out loud “We did it Joe!!!” 😂🙏🏻🤞🏻 In all seriousness I found the exam to be difficult! What I believe the true key to passing with much more ease than I did is to yes definitely start with KNOWING all of your VOCAB, where you don’t just know the definition but how it’s applicable. Next do Cali specific practice exams where you focus only on the right answer, and know in depth why that answer is right. If it’s a simple answer keep it simple. Read the exam questions slowly, so you don’t allow them to trick you! Take note a few questions may answer another questions inside the question. Do process of elimination/similarity on questions you’re unsure of. Meaning if three answers sound/mean the same the outcast may be the right one. Try to be clear and concise with finding the right answer, even if it’s only a part of the answer. So in summary vocab until you know it all encompassing, then Cali practice questions in each section, then take your time on each question of the actual exam! You will see that each little effort you made in studying will help you grab a questions answer here & there. That adds up then you will score over 70%. What Joe is doing in these UA-cam videos is helping you get the vocab and a good base, then it’s up to you to do the practice tests to pick up the rest of the pieces of the puzzle. Thank you for creating this content Joe!

I JUST PASSED MY CA EXAM IN SAN DIEGO! Literally thanks to joe!! I only studied like 3 weeks before me exam but really slammed myself the last week ! Vocab is important! The test is tough! Butttt be confident ! That plays a big role a tip I did was you get a white board so any question I didn’t feel confident in or skipped I’d write it down and went over it once I finished …. Beginning I was nervous and couldn’t think straight once nerves went down went back and picked question apart and found answer ! Best of luck also no math at all on mine !

Thank you sooo much Prep Agent for these awesome seminars. These are super helpful and You make them so memorable! I was listening to one on my way to take my test in LA Palma, CA. I did everything you instructed all the way down to getting plenty of rest the night before and dressing comfortably. I ate a nice salad with spinach, carrots, tomatoes, and sliced chicken plus a lentil, kale, and coconut soup. I snacked on melon and cantaloupe on my almost 2 hour drive from Toluca Lake to La Palma. The acronyms are the best! The one thing I was not prepared for how wordy the questions and answers were. Soooo many unnecessary words to confuse and force the examinee to read everything. So please mention this to other members. It is important to have a clear understanding of the listing process, appraisal process, practices and principles and legalese. There were no math problems that required me to use the calculator that had been provided. The first 3 questions were completely random having nothing to do with anything I had read or heard...it threw me off and I started to panic. I even checked to make sure I was taking the correct exam... but then after that questions I had answers for, began to scroll on the monitor. I looked at the time and paced myself. 50 questions per hour. Completely doable. But I got confused and thrown off. The question was: How many feet are in a mile. I had no idea but I calculated and thankfully had it right! I finished before my time was up and went back to look at some questions I had noted. I changed one then the system shut me out.. The attendant handed me the results and told me to open it up outside the building. I PASSED!!!!! Yessss!!!!! Thanks again! 😊👌
