- Looking for a beginner friendly mobility class for snowboarders? Look no further! This 20 minute class is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapist and Yoga Instructor to get you ready for the season! Mobility = Movement and this class is a great addition to your normal routine. Today we focus on hip mobility, spine mobility, core strength and single leg balance. I hit the slopes in 5 days. Gonna do this at least 1 time a day. Just hate getting hurt doing something I love. Think I can make good progress in 5 days. Feel better already after first session!
