- Looking for a beginner friendly mobility class for snowboarders? Look no further! This 20 minute class is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapist and Yoga Instructor to get you ready for the season! Mobility = Movement and this class is a great addition to your normal routine. Today we focus on hip mobility, spine mobility, core strength and single leg balance. Along the way, Sarah leads us through the movements while Mark demonstrates what a beginner is capable of.
