This 20 minute class is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapist and Yoga Instructor to get you ready for the season! Mobility = Movement and this class is a great addition to your normal routine.     I've been doing this routine every day during my snowboarding trip and I think it's really helped. At the very least, I feel considerably less stiff before I hit the slopes! Thanks!

    I hit the slopes in 5 days. Gonna do this at least 1 time a day. Just hate getting hurt doing something I love. Think I can make good progress in 5 days. Feel better already after first session!
