2 cups of cooked and diced liver (fried)

Good guild line but in a way you are preparing 3 paint of rice what quantity of vegetable you can use
You need close to one paint, and be careful to get the veggies crunchy so that it does not get too soft when mixing up the whole rice.Fast frying in high heat will do the job.

Great question 🤔, I have to investigate it, however our African cooking is without sugar while western traditional cooking uses a substantial amount of sugar. You can change the garlic and ginger to sugar 😋. Much love ❤️ ❣️ 💕.
Must you use chicken oil
The oil is flavoured after frying the chicken, little of it boast the taste of your fried rice. However it is upto you to decide whether using it or using completely fresh oil. I hope I answered your question my sister. Much ❤️ ❤️
