    FRIED RICE INGREDIENTS
    1 CARTON OF TURKEY
    15 Cups Rice
    4 Large Onions (2 for Boiling Turkey, 2 For Fried Rice)
    2 Cups Cut Green beans (Runner Beans)
    2 Cups Diced Carrots
    2 Cups Fresh Peas
    2 Cups Diced Liver
    2 Cups Fresh Shrimps
    2 Green Bell Peppers
    1 Large Red Bell Pepper
    2 Cups Sweet Corn
    Handful Spring Onions
    3 Tablespoons Chopped Ginger
    1 Tablespoon Chopped Garlic
    Vegetable Oil (use discretion)
    For Seasoning the Turkey
    3 Tablespoons Chicken Stock Powder
    2 Tablespoons Salt
    1 Tablespoon Paprika
    2 Tablespoons Curry Powder
    2 Tablespoons Dried thyme
    2 Tablespoons White Pepper

    I was always scared to prepare this but after watching this I was amazed at what I could do with your help. I was shocked to see whole outcome of the rice. You needed to see me shouting " I can't believe I did this". It came out finer and tastier than I expected. To crown it all my father laid his hands on me and blessed me.     I love your cooking as it’s very similar to how we cook. Thoroughly cooking the vegetables is the key to the rice not spoiling and especially when you add onions. Onions must be cooked and you did that. 😋

    I totally laughed at the story behind the turkey frying! That was totally a great recipe and I love your choice of vegetables! The frying of the vegetables made me so hungry and that pattern of blending green paprika into the rice was definitely the height of it! At the end that fried rice called me out and am definitely cooking with this pattern! Thanks for sharing
