Really really like it. So light and comfortable in the titanium. The first links that flair out don't do so as much as they do on the steel one I have. Fits a 6 1/2 inch wrist reasonable well. That mirror bezel scuffs instantly; but I knew it would, and it doesn't bother me at all now that it's more or less evenly scuffed in.
Nice! I ordered three of these watches in black. (Japan version) it was the last three in stock where I was ordering it.. I'm going to do this conversion to one of them. The other two I'll keep for the rest of my life. I'm done watch shopping for atleast 30+ years at least haha.... I was also thinking about giving these out to my groomsmen at my wedding. It's a sweet gift I would think! Looks sweet with the new outfit on it! Probably do the original retro style vs the black out like I ordered for myself.... Anyways, cool video bro!
I think it would make a great groomsmen gift. Its something that will last years. I dont think I have kept any of my gifts I have gotten for being groomsmen, if I got this would still have it. Good idea.

@@RandoRafKinda late to the game but it depends on the user. I like titanium but the titanium or even the SS you get from China are very questionable. Some users like myself prefer SS. I'm used to heavy watches as I wear a lot of divers so a SS is naturally what I go for. I think there's a better chance you'll get a good SS kit compared to the low grade, soft titanium that usually comes form China but to each their own. Hope you like your mod!
Some of these kits seem better than others in terms of quality. Some look great - such as this example here - with the polished bezel and correct lettering, some seem to have textured bezel which appears to be a shade different colour to the strap., and no lettering at all. Seems to be a lottery which type is supplied when you order one...

Mit einer Gravur kann man eigentlich allen aliexpress-Kits ab um die 60 Euro rechnen (ich hab für die 5610 eins in Edelstahl und sieht super aus). Allerdings sind die Gravuren bei den meisten Produktfotos wegretuschiert, weil es sonst offensichtliche Fakes wären. Die billigen Kits haben eher keine Gravur. Finde ich aber nicht so schlimm, auch wenns mit eher ans Original kommt. Um auch bei den teuren Kits sicherzugehen, dass eine Gravur drin ist, kann man nachfragen oder bei den Bewertungen schauen, ob Kundenfotos drin sind.

@@dofler Aliexpress links dont seem to last long. Sellers dont always restock but usually the same item is offered by several sellers. So you could probably find one from another seller. I've purchased 3 diff kinds and this one is by far my fav.

I mean it looks cool but it's not really titanium, titanium is heavier then aluminum and the natural color of it is much darker and it's very expensive to make something this complicated out of titanium and then to add to the expenses there's polishing and all that
Hard to say, I have a Casio lineage (tough solar and atomic time) that is full titanium. You can buy it for well under $200, I got mine for $158 so $100 Ti kit from China is isn't unreasonable. Mine has hollow end links and a stamped clasp (Ti) though. It is partially polished and brushed so Ti can be something other than the stereotypical grayish look (I have one other Ti watch that is darker matte gray). I have heard a milled titanium clasp is difficult so that is one area that this kit may be using some other light weight metal.

Посему я очень склоняюсь к тому, что в вашей семье просто очень аккуратно носят часы

Worth adding that, like others, I had to work with it to get the bracelet/case mounting spring bar to seat. Once it clicks in though, it's in solid.

@@dofler Yea what I have in vid is full kit Shroud+Bracelet. You dont need both, some get shroud and use rubber or stock straps.

Still looks great. Titanium ages nicely and hides any minor scuffs. I would have bought another but the price went up now.
How does the bracelet feel? Will it fit with the stock bezel of the square Gshock's? I have tried the original combi and it feels "plastic'y".
It has that titanium feel, where its so light that makes it feel cheap. But I love it. much more comfortable than my SS version i had.

How long did it take from china?
This was one was available from USA warehouse but still took like 3 weeks. I think it came from China still despite seller claims.
