Sometime these tps sensor doesn't throw a code, they trick the computer, and the computer just be throwing code that have anything to do with fuel and air mixture, like po171, po411 and po171 code, I really hate these emission computer controlled vehicles.
I didn't get any codes, check engine light or anything. Just when driving, the rpm's would go really high before shifting. Also, I used an impact driver and sure enough, it broke the screws. Should've watch this video before.
This is the kind of video we need more on UA-cam. Excellent!!!
I’d love to see you film from a distance. I’m new to these f150’s and scratching my head on how to reach these parts lol. Damn engine bay is huge
I've been using a short step ladder and then sometimes lay a heavy blanket over the fender or radiator so I can lay over it somewhat comfortably.
First try cleaning the throttle body.
Hello, the reprogramming has to be restarted with the scanner🤔

The funniest thing is if the clip was unlocked it probably didn't need to be replaced it probably just needed to be locked in
Ypu ever wanna get rid of that chip lmk
Wonder why several codes?
I think because it's drive by wire and the throttle position sensor is tied to many functions of operation.
Is there the possibility of a TPS not throwing a code ?
@@bennygreene1421 I'm not sure?
