Would this prevent a vehicle from moving forward at all? I’m getting p2106 along with p0720 I’ve replaced p0720 But still getting the same codes. Truck will not drive forward. Only reverse
So my truck runs perfectly but intermittently it bogs down when I step on the gas at like 1/4 throttle. Cleaned the throttle body and replaced the TPS. Think it could be this?
It can be intermittent, any codes? do you have a scan tool? Not a code reader but a scan tool? If so watch the voltage to the actuator. When you press the throttle it should raise the voltage slowly as you steadily press the pedal if it jumps around then it’s the actuator.
@@AutomedicGarageAwesome I have the BlueDriver OBD but it has a live function that I could record and watch with selected parameters. I’ll try that. Thanks fo the help!
@@AutomedicGarage well I change the throttle body also had the cable off when I did it after that it drove for a while then now the wrench light back on code scanner say throttle actuator but why an the throttle body is NEW
I change my whole throttle body an it still throwing the wrench symbol what I need to do

Will this work for a 2008 grand marquis
Still showing wrench light
Did you clear codes after replacing?

Did you rotate spring counter clockwise and line tabs up? What brand did you replace with?
Big osama could be faulty throttle actuator
