Thanks MadFit.. whoever you are. At 67 , I found your youTube channel, and have spent 7 weeks on most of your beginner workouts (at least 4 times a week). I thought I'd puke the first few weeks, but it's definitely getting easier.. and now, I try two beginners, and an abs workout .. totalling an hour .. One of the challenges as we get older , seems to be more with flexibility, rather than 'strength' .. and you cover both very very well .. Thank you again for your work on this.. Much appreciated .. 67, going on 57 :D
Having a video like this with quiet music but steady in the background as a pacemaker is a god sent. I do my workouts in the morning, so loud music and loud shouting before I had my coffee is something I do not want XD.
I really LOVE the standing ab movements! It seems so easy, but they're so effective! I have noticed better results from standing ab movements, rather than those on the ground, with less back pains. This was the perfect workout that I need today, especially since I am just getting back into working out. THANK YOU Maddie!

I am 76 yrs old, lost 3 jeans sizes Jan to March now to need to tone abs. Not used to aerobics but started your Cardio Abs and really like it. Will add other exercises and hope to see a difference this summer. Thanks for the great video and encouragment.
I really enjoyed this workout. For me it's difficult to find a workout of my liking, because some of them have repetitive and boring exercises. This one was really fun. My heart rate went up and I felt my whole body moving. I had a lot of fun exercising and I can't wait to do this workout again!
I’m 67 and warding off osteoporosis… and stiffness…a year ago I started with the pink leggings beginner one and did it every day… stumbled across this today and apart from the crab squat thing I’m proud to say I did it all and loved it. Thank you! Don’t wait to break a wrist, people, keep up the steps!
I started your videos daily and now do about 3-4 a day, I've lost 3 inches (down to 27! Like back in highschool) and 5 pounds off my stubborn postpartum body! Three babies and never felt so great before! You can't spot reduce fat so I work EVERYTHING. You are helping me with my body image, you are so motivating, teach me proper form and I have a blast while I do it! You are my herooooo miss Mad. ❤️ Now to get a bod like yours!
Being subscribed for around 2-3 weeks, but, mentally MADE excuses to not do any!!!. Today went to park to walk around it and maybe spent 15 mins on their equipment. Got home and decided I needed to do MORE. Checked this one out and nearly gave up, but, looked at how much left...3+ mins... KNEW I had THIS!. SOOOO proud of myself!!!. I feel stuffed, but, GREAT!. Maddie's standing Ab workouts are such a lifesaver, but this one especially spectacular! The movements were so simple yet my heart rate was quite high (in a good way) and it burnt loads of calories as well. Love, love, love your workout structure 💕
Loved the 15 sec pair of exercises. I find repeating the same movement for a whole minute to be hard because mentally I just don’t want to do it. But changing it up every 15 seconds kept my mind engaged and helped me complete little bits at a time. Loved this workout!❤

I really respect how hard madfit goes with the beginner exercises. When you hear the breathing patterns you know that this is still a great work out even though her level is above beginner.
I had to take another break from exercising for a little bit but I'm back at it today and this being in such bite-sized chunks was so helpful to me feeling like I could keep going through the whole thing! Definitely got a good work out, so I'll come back to this one again!

I started following Maddie's videos June 2021 and even though I'm not shredded with abs or anything I've definitely noticed becoming more toned, my stamina is better and I have more of an even energy level throughout the day. I workout 3 days a week, full body, legs, core. Also I try to take a brisk walk daily, 20-30 mins. Thank you Maddie! I appreciate your videos so much! ♡

been into standing workouts because i did maddy's 20 min standing hiit exercise and i went from 56kg to 50kg now. well, i don't think it's all the workout's doing but i'd like to say that it helped me lose 4kg. did i do it everyday? nope, i would have 1-2 days rest in a week. how months did i do it? 3-4 months, i guess? AND IF you expect to see results in 1-2 weeks, bestie, don't ever start exercising. that's just not how it works. unless it's ur genes. but mostly, i don't think so. U NEED to be patient with urself. i used to be impatient before, expecting changes in just 5 mins of doing an exercise (jk, i was just being over dramatic). anw, yeah. i learned to be patient. my goal for now is 47kg bcs that's ideal for my height so i might just do hiit exercises once or twice a week then do some that focuses on belly, back, arm, and lower body for 3-4 days a week.
Hey Maddie! I found your channel back at the end of June and have been consistently coming back 3-4 (sometimes 5 😉) days/week. This workout is by far my favorite of all the videos I’ve done in that time. 👏🏼❤️💪🏼 I’ve been able to modify a lot of these exercises to more advanced versions and I come back and do it again and again and again. It’s the 15 second intervals, fast paced, and SOO many different exercises! 👏🏼👏🏼 I haven’t found another one like this. With the time broken up this way. .?. Please more with shorter intervals like this. I just got done crying because I'm at the end of my cycle and wanna workout but 45 seconds at a time is just too much for me sometimes. This one is a go to for me on a regular basis. Even thirty seconds intervals would be great. Thank you for your workouts! You've helped me so much
Pov: You're pushing yourself on your monthly to do this, and it has helped releave so much pain also i do drink like 90+ ounces of water a day too which helps a lot btw ty a lot . Cuz now i can do this these without modifications and stopping

Step jacks are now jumping jacks and marches are now high knees. ! So proud of the progress I’ve made ! 💪🏼

Thanks boo, I did this late night after a yoga sesh after not getting too much movement in and having a crazy busy day. It was definitely felt and not overwhelming for my already tired body. That was so intense! I had to pause the workout a little after the halfway point because I felt like I was gonna hurl. So I needed couple minute break and water before I could finish.
