I have the same exact model you got but i have a problem. When the machine tries to pump water, it stops and then shows the red flashing light. Ive watched so many videos and i couldnt find any solutions. The flashing light indicated a machine problem but i cant find anything wrong with it. Can you help me out?
Have you ensured the cartridge holder is clean so that it can read the cartridges? Also check that the valve on the bottom of the water tank is clear of any blockage so that it can take water.
@@ChrisHorswill Yes, ive checked everything, i also took the bottom part off to see if the tube is blocked but everything seem to be ok. I also factory reset the settings of the machine...just in case. Anyway i would probably get a new one from a different brand.. Thanks for the help!

How many times does the red light blink? What does it possibly mean? What do you have to do now? Red light stays for 2 seconds and blinks again after 1 second Water tank empty/ error your capsule holder Refill the water tank/check the capsule holder Red light blinks and fades after 1-second Overheated Machine Cooling down Red light blinks constantly per second Device Error Needs to be checked overall or in special functions. Red light blinks after 1-second User Error Action needs to be properly performed. [Cheeky!] Simultaneous Red & Green Light Water blocked Descaling required
For me I had to complete this: Allow the procedure to empty the tank. When the program empties the tank fill the tank with fresh water and press the button again to complete the fresh water flush. When the machine flushes all the water it will flash the button white for a few seconds to indicate that the procedure is complete.
This is what works for me: -Close and lock the machine to heat up - 30 seconds. -Wait for light to go solid White. -Place large cup underneath. -Press the button three times in quick succession (within 2 seconds). -Cleaning takes 2 minutes. -You can stop at any time by pressing the button again.

Ok but for descaling it needs to fill the tank again and again for 20mins?

Mine makes a coffee but won't clean with the water run through or with the descale! Does anyone know why? Please help! Xxx
It can be very tricky to get those processes to work. You have to follow the procedure exactly. Give it another try and best of luck!

i had a vertuo that i loved but this pop machine is for the birds🤬 if you’re thinking of buying this model-DON’T do it it’s terrible
