    My machine just blinks red after trying to descale. I’ve followed the instructions to a t? Any suggestions?

    I just bought my new Vertuo Pop + machine today. I have owned 2 other vertuo machines in my life but I needed something compact. I’m shocked Nespresso doesn’t come with a Descaler in the box with the machine?

    Is it normal for it to require continual filling of the tank for it to finish its descaling process? So far, I’ve filled 5 times, so , over 2 litres of water. This is not mentioned in video

    I liked this machine initially, but it has been getting worse. How many times should I fix it?! I've spent more than an hour fixing it one day every week. This machine has been just under six months, why does the red light keep blinking when I use it?

    How often should I be cleaning and emptying my Vertuo Pop?

      We recommend doing a weekly cleaning cycle, and descaling every 3 months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first.

      @@nespresso will it always tell me when I need to de-scale? Because it’s been three months but it definitely hasn’t been 300 capsules.

    please help lol. i ran the descaling solution before cleaning step and pressed button 3x in 2 seconds. Will using descaling solution in this step instead of water be detrimental to the machine? is it safe to use?

    Why not just use a few more buttons labeled “cleaning”, “descaling” and etc.. this is some crap engineering

    Why not explain the important bit of the procedure a little more slowly or give an overview beforehand?
    Emphasize the need to follow the 7 sec push twice and more precisely what to do inbetween. Ie open or just unlock.
    Instructions are not as straightforward as suggested and incredibly frustrating

    Worst machine ever.. very dificult evefrything.. i make cleaning.. now it doesnt make coffee again..only cleaning! The light is orange forever and not white! When you make coffee again.. never stops the water..so the coffee becomes soup (in 6months of use i think i throw my money for sure)

    I don’t understand why everyone here is complaining. I’ve been dreading the process since I heard it’s terrible, but this is literally simple? It barely took me any time, and I got it right the first time. I mean yes, it could be just one press of a button, that would be lovely, but this is once every three months, it’s not the end of the world.

    So basically with the difficulty of descaling instructions… when it’s time for descaling it’s best to throw the machine away and buy a new one?🤣 Come on Nespresso, do better.

    I am also slightly disappointed with it, after just 2 months of low usage (barely 1 capsule per day) it began flashing red. As I'm writing this post, I'm still cleaning and descaling to see if one of these two is the source of the issue or something else.

    Garbage! My newly purchased Vertuo Pop started leaking water at my very first use , but the nespresso boutique refused to offer a replacement even though it is brand new. Try to avoid the Vertuo line at all cost!

    This is the worst coffee machine I have so far. It’s already broken and no water dripping , the button not responding and they will ask you to download their app which is not helpful at all. Don’t buy this
